Amazing, isn't it? The stuff i used to see on Star Trek when i was a kid is already all around us. My little palm cell phone is 100x more advanced than my computer in high school.
And about Bill Gates, i don't know if this is actually true, but i read somewhere that if he was walking during his work hours and saw a $100 bill on the ground.... he would be losing money by taking 15 seconds to stop and pick up the $100 bill. (Apparently because he makes so much money every minute it wouldn't even be worth it for him to pick it up....)
If you haven't heard about the Microsoft Surface Table, it is quite interesting. Talk about Star Trek come to life.
