I just want to say how pleased I am with Bigdollar casino.I recently like many others received a no deposit free $100 bonus from them via direct mail. Of course I was sceptical but hey what could I lose but time. So off I go enter the code and wollah $100 credited:)

Now to decipher the T&Cs all seemed pretty clear if a bit grey in some area's but hey it's free bucks.

Now the fun begins, I hit the biggest royal ive ever had :D. I then go to the cashier to see what's what.

Lo n behold I have over 2k cashable, so blurry eyed and hovering my finger over the cashout button I cashout, withdrawal accepted:thumbsup:

I wait from friday till today worried like hell that somewhere i've missed some small detail in the T&Cs that will cause my cashin to be cancelled.

No such thing winnings are nestling nicely in my neteller:thumbsup:

So to Bigdollar casino a big thank you:notworthy

It's not all bad in the world of online casino's

Ditto here. I didnt even bother to open their parcel at first but did so yesterday and when they said it was $100 with no strings attached, I gave it a try. The bonus appeared 2 hours after I entered the code. No royal flush for me and lost quite a bundle on the slots but was lucky playing baccarat and paigow poker. Cashed out $200 yesterday. I will see if it hits my neteller account either today or tomorrow.

They claim to have been bought by Ashanti Ltd., an international media giant and boy, they really talk BIG. In Hong Kong, I have never heard of Ashanti. Anyone else does? If they really are what they claim, we will have quite a giant of a casino unlike the former bigdollar where there were too few games when I played there 4 years ago.

I also got the offer. I recieved very impressive a real-life mail with the offer and CD. At first I really wondered how they got my address. I had never played at that casino group before. But with a 100$ bonus, spam mail is welcome.

They use the MG EZbonus system, but with even more restrictive wagering rules. Videopoker and most other games now only count 5% instead of normal
10% for EZbonuses, but BJ the usual 2%.

Unfortunately I managed to bust, but I also played the bonus hard, so that happens a lot.

Zooz

Thx guys

Yeah the Ashanti connection had me googling like goodun, seems they mine and trade in gold.

Anyhow worked out very well for me, hope all those here who got in on the deal have similar luck and service too

Congratulations on the nice win, clawback.

Did you meet the wagering requirements or were you allowed to cash out and just lose the remaining bonus?

I'm about to do this deal and I interpreted the terms to say that you must meet wagering to cash out even just your winnings. Plus it's 30X bonus with only 5% counts for video poker, so that equals 600X bonus. But like you said it's free money.

I don't think this is the right Ashanti, Clawback - the mining and resources company bearing that name (the name has its roots in the Asante, an eighteenth century Ghanainan kingdom btw) is the gold division of Anglo American Corporation where I worked at one time - it started out in South Africa in 1917 but is now listed in London, New York and Johannesburg and is one of the biggest mining groups in the world. It's highly unlikely they would be involved in online casinos as it would be wildly outside their core business!

From my own calculations, you can redeem $10 into your cash account for wagering in $300 increments. I wagered slightly more than $600 and redeemed $20 and won another $173 so I cashed out $193 and lost the remainder $80 in bonuses.. So it depends on whether you want entertainment or go for broke. You can wager your $100 on BJ and cash out the winnings immediately. They say there are no strings attached so there shouldnt be any problems.

Yeah would be some leap from mining to online gaming, so does anyone know who Ashanti is?

Yep just withdrew and lost the bonus apon cashin, as chuchu59 explained it in more detail.

I was under the impression that to cashin here you needed to have 3 x bonus amount after WR.
Taken from Bigdollar T&Cs
Winnings from this bonus may only be cashed in if they are greater than or equal to 3 times the bonus amount, and provided they meet the stipulated wagering requirements.
I guess this is probably the case if you want to cashin any of the bonus and not if you withraw losing the bonus.

I didn't get the no deposit bonus offer from Bigdollar, but I signed up for the 100% sign-up bonus, wagered through once in order to get the bonus. It is supposed to be credited automatically next business day. Well, it's not there. Too bad, just lost a customer...

Casino Grand Bay did send me a $100 no deposit bonus in a slick mailer. I tried to claim it but was denied. Lame!

I'll stick to the old reliable MG casinos like Palace Group. I've had no luck at the MG casinos that opened recently.

I ended up busting my big bonus. But I like this casino.

Ditto, and I happen to agree. :) They sure put a lot of work into that mail/package they'd sent out. The last time I got something as great as that in the mail, was from "Jupiter Club" about 2-3 years ago! I think the layout of the site is top-notch, and I can only hope that in time, they're as serious with their payments/fairness as they are at trying to kick-start their NEW site.

That's right - Grand Prive group is managing this online casino for the new owners.

I'd love to know what most people are thinking about this new site. I feel pretty good about it. How do others feel? Are they willing to give this casino a chance?

In case anyone who didn't get any of this sent out to them in the mail, here are a few of examples of what it looks like.

Hmmm, why does everything have to be about "BLING" these days...

I have no problem with the dog, I like dogs, but all of this is sorta' reminding me of the whole "BoDog" thing.

And finally...

Well... I hate to break it to you, although I've recognized your name for many years now, I've never heard anyone say piddly-squat about you UNTIL this thread started. :what: You can "like it that way" all you want, but you've been very esoteric/non-existent as far as I'm concerned, in the overall spectrum of online casinos.

All-in-all, still very impressive!

I'm not impressed.

A) No live online support.

B) The wagering requirements are higher than most MGs. For instance, they only count table poker and video poker 5%. That is among the worst of the Microgaming casinos.

C) The bonus T&Cs suggest you are an abuser if you withdraw after meeting the minimum wagering requirements:

Such players generally accept bonuses, wager the minimum amount and immediately cash out. BIG DOLLAR CASINO reserves the right to take appropriate action against such Players.

If the wagering requirements weren't so high, maybe I'd play more than the min.

It is just another MG casino. They spent some money marketing it, but didn't put anything special into once you are there. Am I missing something?

I'm going to wager the minimum (or less) and cash out. Maybe I'll wait a day so it is not an "immediate cash out".

Oops! My cashin was reversed back into my account. When I e-mailed them, they replied in about 2 hours and told me that the playthrough requirements was $3000 ie you would need to encash the whole $100 bonus. For any cashin, the minimum amount is $300. So clawback is right, but I couldnt find these Ts and Cs and that is why I dint adhere to them in the first place. However, this casino, despite being managed by the Grand Prive Group, is simply awesome and although there is no live chat, non- automated responses within 2 hours isnt that bad.

Damn! I was hoping that the money would hit my netller account in time for me to join the 32 RED Casinomeister tourney tomorrow morning. Now I have to grind thru the WRs.

Big Dollar is a part of the Grand Prive group now . That's what support told me yesterday anyway.
Damn! I was just getting interested in this place...
Now it's revealed to be Grand Prive - the only casino group I know who do not want any customers from the UK

Well, Grand Prive - as part of "The SUNSETTERS GROUP" for "Casino Grand Bay" - sent out another $100 bonus (no deposit) today!

Here's what I got in the mail...

Go for it JS. No harm, right? I await your winning screenshot in the other thread.

PS I sincerely hope it aint in the Screenshots that suck thread. Ha!

I got that one too, but could not redeem it. I already had a Grand acct but had never deposited or played. Not sure where they got my info if it was not from their own player database.
I also got one and I also have an account there but never deposited, and mine was accepted. Had a blast with it , hit a few good hits and just played for a long time. Love the agent blonde game. Better than ladies nite and thor IMHO.

Did anyone get paid by BigDollar? If so how long did it take?

I took the deposit bonus and was up about $125 when I cashed out. That was a few days ago. It was reversible for about 24 hours, but now there is nothing in Cashcheck referring to it.

The cashin is visible for 24hrs while pending/reversible, it then goes for processing. You wont see it in the cashier while it's processing, annoying little quirk IMO. You should be paid within 3 business days.

I cashed in on a thursday and was paid the following monday.

Goodluck.

If you did the free $100, you need to cash out at least 3x the bonus amount.

Yesterday I revieced another snail mail promotion from Big Dollar Casino.
Again the presentation was impressive with the black design and silver letters.

This time there was no bonus offer/freebie though. Instead it contained a 'personal' VIP credit-card look-alike.. It looks like a credit card but with no magnetic information. It does contain some numbers that must be my VIP account number.

With the card comes great promises of future bonuses, new VIP awards etc... Yet for now, I just have this card and nothing to use it for. But they surely seems to set expectations high.

Since I only did a few 50$ deposit I am probably not that VIP to them, so they probably mailed a lot of these. Who else got one?

Zoozie

It seems that you will also get that. I revieced another snail mail (same cool black layout) today. So if you got the VIP card, maybe you should check your mail box today :)

Zoozie

That's good news Zoozie!! I also received one of the cards I think on Monday. So now I have something to look forward to, lol. It amazes me how much money they've spent just on the packaging of these things. There's no way those come cheap, very sleek looking.

Okay Zoozie...I got the second package this morning, with the $100 offer. It's telling me how to claim, but when I click on the redemption icon for the VIP Club, all it says is "Coming Soon". There is nowhere to put in any codes or numbers? And the other redemption icon is for other bonuses, ie. the previous snail mail/cd offer. Were you able to claim yours and if so how? I've written to support, but haven't heard back as yet. :)

Same happening for me. Guess we just have to wait a little time before that
VIP program is ready, but at least we can see there is an icon to click to claim the card bonus for VIP's.

Zoozie

Thanks Zoozie!! Disregard the PM I just sent you, lol. That's almost cruel to send me $100, and then not let me claim it.....

Guess I will just have to be patient. :)

Update Zoozie....I just spoke to them and they said that the VIP option will become available in the casino on October 31st. So just in time for the new games. Thought you'd like to know. :)

I also got the VIP card and the next bonus mail with an $100 extra bonus. Lost fast on the first one.
I tried to redeem the bonus but also got the message "coming soon". I wrote to support about this problem and the bonus was in my account few hours later.

well, apparently "technical difficulties"....or, maybe just a cruel trick...it is halloween afterall.

ive tried redeeming the "vip" bonus thing, and have gotten all kinds of strange stuff....i enter my card number and click, get to an new window with someone elses email addy...hmmm.

contacted support by phone and was told..."you're on the list, please wait up to 24 hours"

has anyone received the $100 that was supposed to be available oct.31?
