How hard is it for us non-uk people to play there

My debit card doesn't jive with gambling transactions, the only other option available to me at BGO was ukash. Unfortunately, their system doesn't accept Australian issued Ukash and only accepts Ukash purchased in GBP. It's probably the first casino where I've encountered that problem, usually they just convert the Ukash to their currency based on Ukash forex rates.

Been told that ewallets will be added by the end of the year, going to be a long wait

I'm unable to play there either. CCs won't work and paypal is for UK only. Very odd, as every other casino accepts at least one of those options.

Very bad experience. :(

Expressed those sentiments a few times too...
It really is a great Casino, in terms of promotions and games (i really like their own in-house products)
but just to add: i was also told last year that the E-wallets were on the agenda to be added a.s.a.p...
So i wouldn't yet get my hopes up.

There may be a way though, if you have a neteller+ card, and as such the ability to generate your own cc's they might work as a normal cc. Still have to try.. maybe someone else already tried this and can confirm or deny?

Wouldn't go as far as kopfkino to say it was a very bad experience, au contraire, i actually think the whole experience was great, only the deposit options are a problem.

I asked Neteller if I could use my Neteller+ card to deposit at BGO and this was their reply -

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately you cannot use the Net+ card to deposit or withdraw from gaming site.
You will need to use your NETELLER account to make these transaction.

The NETELLER Customer Service Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If

.

Thank you for choosing NETELLER!

It's a pity, I was so keen to deposit. Even pre-verified my account, their e-mail support is blazing fast - verification and replies within minutes every time.

I guess they're doing so well with UK clients they're not that desperate to target outside markets.

She works at the finance department at bgo? Paul, can you forward our concerns to her!

Roger Blazer One - Paris will sort it!

On a more serious note, we want every single player possible, what kind of business would we be if we didn't? So any problems anyone has I need to know about them, otherwise they will go unnoticed. We have a mahoosive system running here so sadly some things will be missed.

Alot of slack promises have also been made over the past 12 months regarding ewallets and I have to apologise, they were absolutely on the agenda pre-playtech deal. I've always been as honest as possible with you guys and the fact is we were seriously let down by the payments provider we were working with on the ewallet stuff and it cost us alot of time, money and I'm quite sure their lies proved very costly to them also.

On a positive, the Playtech stuff we're working with is an industry proven system so I will get these damn ewallets delivered soon enough.

Bull. You've been promising this for over a year. You're full of crap.

With all due respect I believe I just apologised for not delivering on promises? Or was this not clear? There also appears to be reasons why they weren't delivered...i'm at a loss as to how this makes me a liar.

Could be worse I suppose, I could always just ignore these posts and save myself the effort of trying to keep people updated on how we're trying to make things better.

People sure are desperate to play at BGO - great compliment for your outfit Paul :eek2:

Is the Ukash being limited to GBP issued Ukash something that could easily be changed?

What was the excuse then for not delivering on eWallets? You've been promising 'next weekend etc' for years.

Yep Spot on! I personally deposit rarley at BGO but the missues is quite a regular depositor.

CasinoMeister is OPTIONAL to casino rep's etc not something they have to commit to as part of their very busy daily schedules I'm sure.

Fair play and respect to those individuals who 'make the effort' to keep their customers and potential customers updated ;)

Spot on my ass. Just one quick google:
3rd April 2014: "New payments system should have gone in this week but someone decided to do wholesale code changes on the other side! Hopefully be in place by next week and then we'll start to move people over, resulting in a much better experience for everyone involved.
Neteller & Skrill are a top priority along with EUR and USD currencies."

20th June 2014: As for Neteller & Skrill - new payments system goes live on Monday (fingers crossed) - once that's in, it should be a matter of time before Skrill follows, then Neteller soon after.

BGO (Paul) has been promising Neteller for about 2 years, and nothing has happened.
