    Hi all, I know this is kind of a long post. But please read through and tell me what you think. I was sent a promo for a free 50 dollars and used it. I, fortunately, met playthrough in a short time, however unfortunately, the max cashout was 50 dollars. So I requested it. No use reversing, max cashout is 50.00. Now this is just my most recent chat, have had several, but this covers most of them. Tell me what you think and I will let you know if I ever get my winnings. The good thing is I wasted none of my own money, only my valuable time. Would not deposit until I saw how payout went, and so far not good.

    winner01: why is usemywallet not acceptable for withdrawal but is for deposit,,, my banking information is already verified with them
    Cindy: Im sorry but there are fees for all of our other methods too...I was told by my manager if you open ewallet express, and we deposit the money there , and you redeposit it to the casino to keep playing, there wont be a fee...BUT if you want to have it put into your bank account there will be a fee

    They requested your ID documents because of $50 :eek2: That alone is a sure sign they are fishy. Delay tactic for $50 :eek:

    well I actually don't expect to ever receive the money. And I would not recommend for someone to play here with the excessive time it has taken for a payout. Remember documents sent Friday, approved Monday, since then just waiting for funds, and lots of different answers. So not worried about that, just warning people to watch these promos, cause they kept sending me offers to deposit but I just wanted to see if or how long a payout would take. not good

    figures I only took the bonus because it did not require a deposit to cashout. Always check that first and what max payout is.

    Gambler777, if you will do a search you will find out my problem with Silver Oak and cashing out. However, I did manage to get them to pay me and they sent it by Moneygram. It took me about 2 months to force them to pay up, lots of phone calls from me and just general aggravation from me.

    I didn't bother to pitch a bitch because I knew they were a crappy casino to begin with so I figured if I knew they were bad, then it was up to me to handle it.

    So, if you want to get paid, you will have to work on it yourself. I believe they are part of the Virtual group or whatever they call themselves now.

    But as I said, I really doubt they will pay after all this runaround. I am just glad I didn't deposit any of my own money which I would never have done without checking here at CM anyways. So if I get it will be happy, if not, oh well, but not spending anymore of my time on it.

    Need to let you all know,, amazingly the casino paid me to my usemywallet today. So at this point I would maybe try a small deposit. If there had not been such a runaround with how to withdraw, then I should have been paid by last Wednesday, but am still waiting for an answer on how they will do cashouts for me in the future. For some reason they do not seem to consider usemywallet an ewallet processor, but I always thought they were, and they accept them for deposit, so don't see the difference. So I did feel I should let you know I was paid. Then again, it was only 50.00, don't know how it would be on anything bigger. Have a good week all.

    Yes that is what I understand. However I still wanted to clearly state that I have been paid, it just took a while and a bit of a runaround. So still makes me leery, as stated in anniemac's post, you should not treat new customers so badly, and the only email I received from them was today, also a phone call. So they do seem to be trying to do better. For some reason, I have had great luck with making playthrough and max cashout on these free bonuses. However, I can't seem to win anything more,,lol. And I really liked playing at this casino, however I don't like that they say 7-10 days to have withdrawal approved, and then another 7-10 days to have it processed. That seems excessive. Especially since places like Inetbet and clubworld can even do wire transfers in less than 48 hours. However, I will probably try them again with a small deposit to start and see how it goes. But then again maybe not, because it makes me think if it was anything larger it would even take longer to receive. At least my documents are already approved. And I am still waiting for a return email on whether I will be able to continue to withdraw through usemywallet, or if I have to get ewallet, which I don't really want to do.     Agree completely. Do not give these guys any money! One of the reasons you probably got your $50 is in the hope they make you feel nice and cosy inside and you deposit, and thats when the trouble will begin.

    Try and stay clear, there are many more reputable RTG casinos on the market.

    I just don't get some people. It certainly explains why these crooks are still in business.

    The difference to me was as soon as payout department got involved it was solved. The problem was the method of withdrawal, not refusing the withdrawal. However, yes the time frame is entirely too long, considering other casinos I have played at. So yes I will take your word for it, that had I ever won anything bigger they would not have paid. So take my little winnings and run and thank you very much.
