Did they refund your balance?

Are you self excluded anywhere? Did you go crazy on deposits? Seems a bit harsh from just a couple of £30 deposits.

I suppose numerous deposits in quick succession might raise a question but on the flip side, if that is the case, are they suggesting you deposit more, in one lump sum, to avoid being flagged as being subject to harm?

I dont know enough about the guidance but on the face of it this would seem to encourage you to deposit differently and im not sure that is helping.

the only place i excluded is white hat sites and casumo(loads have)i made a £50 with match bonus then a £30 and another £30,so that was £110 i didnt get to play last £30 so that should be refunded soon, who cares i only joined because it looked at very decent brand

To me betway is a similar product than bet365. Without the respect and logic. Just a big casino doing what the hell they want when they want. Too big to even consider customers like human being. You will have your 30 back, when they feel lile it.

i did find one thing out though well it confirmed something that people have been talking about years, funny how you can play a slot at one casino and it be absolute dead for 700-800 spins, then switch to another casino and it plays totally different with big win all the ways and several bonuses strange in it,all ive heard always oh its the slot provider that determines if the slot is paying or not,in my case its the casino,i played bonanza at betway and it went through £110 like a knife through butter switched to mr green and it was big wins all the ways and several bonuses

Almost like its random and you had more luck at Mr Green.

No the casino can not decide if a slot pays or not.
