I received an email from betsson with a free scratch voucher.But on entering the voucher it says its not available in my region or country. Could someone explain that to me?,and if correct why send the email to a .co.uk email address.I was gonna ask Live Chat but had a 30 minute wait.

Well, the 60 days have lapsed and perhaps there were a few slow responses, but all seems well with Betsson

After my recent experience with betssons casino thats focused on the Norwegian market(norgesautomaten.com), i have too advise everyone to stay well clear of this group. They can use 5-10 days to credit deposits into your account. Too me it also seems that they have a policy of undermanning their departments which can cause loads of delays for the customers, and not to mention how they refuse to honour simple promises that their customer support have given.

After my first deposit got stuck i decided to deposit another 10 euros because i wanted to play tonight, and not in 4-5 days, and their CS-rep promised they would refund the first 10 euros back too me if the fault was at their side something it is, but now they simply refuse to refund me the money claiming it have to be turned over once and have too be minimum 20euros. The only excuse their CS-rep would give was that everyone can make mistakes. And i can see that, but they are the professional part here, and its them too blame for this situation, so then i feel that they should cover the fees for this.

And please be aware of that there is noone else than the on the floor cs-reps too talk with. They refuse to transfer you or give you any means of contact info to managers, or technical departments.

I'll be interested to see how this pans out when a PAB comes in. Alongside their appalling treatment of their affiliate partners (not that they've ever cost me a penny), their point blank refusal to discuss player issues with 3rd party mediation groups has been the main cause of the depression of thier rankings on my site.

Up till this point they've handed out what is frankly bs about legally not being allowed to discuss the activity on any account even if the player in question gives written permission. This is despite many other casino regulated by the same body being happy to work with 3rd party mediators. If this indicates a change in policy it would allow me to move them up a bit.

Yeh i was pretty gutted to hear they'd bought NB and that announcement came right on the back of Unibet buying and shutting down Bet 24 - another purchase that appears to do more harm than good from a player/affiliate perspective.

Just wanted to mention that Norgesautomaten.com ("Sverigeautomaten" for Swedish customers and "Danmarksautomaten" for Danish customers) is a Betsson white label brand, owned by another company (Cherry) but operated by Betsson. Only Betsson's in-house brands are accredited on Casinomeister.

But I generally agree with what some of you are saying. Betsson (as a group) certainly has room for improvements when it comes to their customer service. As I have said before, Betsson has previously stated that Nordicbet will not be integrated into the Betsson system before some time next year, so it is business as usual for Nordicbet this year. It is for me quite obvious that Nordicbet today is offering much better support than Betsson. I really hope that Betsson over time manage to stabilize their customer service better. Some of you may for example remember that one of the first thing Betsson did with Betsafe was to remove the 15 minutes support guarantee that Betsafe used to have (“we will answer within 15 min or you will be given EUR 10).

But one should also remember that it is not a bad thing to be a part of Betsson. They are a very reputable group. The tendency in the industry (as it has been for a while) is that smaller/medium sized operators are being bought up by larger groups. And I think this trend only will continue since more and more markets will be regulated. To operate in regulated markets is expensive and it is all about customer volume.

Betsson, as I see it, was the best alternative for Nordicbet.
