Betsafe - Microgaming and NetEnt don't work

As titled. Anyone else having this problem?

MGS games apparently load up ok, but the instant I press [spin] it says "An error has occurred. Contact casino help desk quoting error code: 0"
NetEnt games simply don't load at all. After a while a big error message appears on-screen with the message "try refreshing your browser"

It's actually the same on mobile casino too

I've tried contacting support but they tell me everything is fine their end and to try deleting cookies, use a different browser, update Java and all that (all of which I've done to no avail).

Any thoughts?

Note - I play on PC, and mobile is iPhone. So 2 completely different formats. Same problems.

Shortly - you are right. NetEnt and MicroGaming might not work properly as we are currently in the Maintenance mode. And this might up to 2 more hours. However still you can play on our Play'N GO games (i know its not the same but still).
