Bets disappeared lightning roulette

I was playing lightning roulette Placed a big amount on 4 and different other numbers. When the ball started spinning before the lightning my bet suddenly disappeared on the 4 and other numbers leaving only 1 number. The lightning was 500x times on 4 and the ball fell into the 4. I quickly tried to contact the customer service of Casinowinner. I feel cheated by Evolution gaming. I made a ticket and they confirmed that they will investigate the case. So i hope that they will act fair and honest.

I dont play roulette but ive seen so many dodgy bounces on that wheel, doesnt sit right with me. but im sure its all legit.

I won 500x 2 times in 2 days if you count this one make it 3. Also hit a 200x with 15 euro on that same day. So it is possible.
What frustrates me is my bets just vanished in this particular situation. I was flabbergasted and wanted to cry so hard.

Yes lightning roulette has given me a lot when starting with almost nothing. I recently started with 300 and managed to make it 10.000 and then i lost all. I accepted it and didn’t act like a crybaby. Now these days they are giving me back those amounts and i just quickly wanna cash out and do something nice with the money. I’m waiting for their response, and CasinoWinner wants a Dutch license and I’m Dutch so this is a test too see if they are worthy of that license .

I’ve seen cases were they solved it in all honesty. Hope i get the same treatment

I was playing monopoly live on leovegas and randomly 1 out of 4 or 5 bets would get rejected for no reason. After a while I started screenshotting the bets including the time as I was worried on missing out. Sure enough i bet £10 on 4 rolls, bet gets rejected(still with £100 odd in the account) hits 4 rolls which was like 84 or something. I sent the screenshot to prove it and was told they can't account for technical glitches but as a "gesture of good will" they gave me £50 bonus to play on monopoly live. Tbh that was as good as i was gonna get despite complaining to their gaming comission.

Now thinking about it the amount of times i have come so close to winning big money on monopoly live makes me angry. Not sure I can play the game again if I want to see 40. What is your final result? Did you get your money back? I wouldn't be surprised if you couldn't get them back. Now there are a huge number of different services that deceive players. Finding a really reliable roulette or casino is very difficult. I faced similar problems several times, so I gave up the casino and roulette almost immediately. It seems to me that betting is much more profitable and safer. Yes, it may not be so profitable sometimes, but I am sure that I will receive my money without any problems. Especially lately, I have been using the *snip* and I am confident that my bet will be a winning bet. I don't think I'll be back to other gambling soon ...
