I played at bethedealer about 2 months ago and won 16000$.
I think I placed bets nearly about 200,000$ having a great time and good luck.
Now I have a big problem , they do not pay me.
They invented a story I had a second account, and since then they never answered my e-mails.
Unfortunately I just read n ow how often there have been problems with this casino before, concerning cash outs.
But I will try everything to get my money.Can anyboddy help me???

Many of my friends in Kenya use internet 'cafes'. That means that they share a computer with others. Has the computer you played on ever been used by someone else? Even if you used a laptop at a wireless hotzone, the casino may have registered your Internet Protocal address as being the same as someone else who has registered and played at the casino.

These are indicators of fraud to a casino.

no that is not the case, I played at home on my pc.
I really dont know what to do.It is quite a lot of money.

great, I got an e-mail from them yesterday.
that is what they wrote:

Bethedealer casino problemmmm

So I have been playing on bethedealer.com and I had some problems. First off I didn't play long enough to make my first withdrawal. Which is understandable bc i took the 100 percent bonus. But it was an inconvenience that I had to wait an extra ten days for. After playing again and requesting a bank draft for 300 dollars i had to wait another 5 day processing period. Then they tell me this

This will be determined on the basis of one, all, or any combination of the following: name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, name on credit/charge card, credit/charge card number, and any other form of identification which may be required.

Now the reason that I am getting this email is because I am a student at SUNY New Paltz and our computers work on the same network in the dorms. So now I am being accused of cheating because of my living set up. I have tried to contact them but i can only speak with customer service who can not do anything for me. I have been waiting for well over a month to receive the money and I was wondering if anyone has any insight for me. Thank you.

Yes, as i stated...we live in the same hall, at a college we are not in a home together and thats why we are being accused of cheating..
 
I wish I could receive help rather then being told I am cheating again...so if anyone has any suggestions. Yes I am on the same network as nctarheels but we are two people playing on different computers and we had never played at the same time.

First let me say welcome, and suggest that you not be offended by our loyal member's caution regarding your authenticity. Please understand that there is A LOT of fraud in this business and it behooves everyone to keep a wary eye out for same. That's where these guys are coming from, it's nothing personal.

Anyway, to the matter at hand: I have a contact at BeTheDealer that I'll alert to your issue here. If and when I hear back from them on it I'll let you know.

Unless you have evidence to the contrary I'd say this is a closed case before it ever began.

yes I mean we can give evidence bc we are two different people we had already sent in our information and they are trying to get the both of us for two different reasons. Mine bc I am on the same network and him for other reasons. It seems as though they are out to get us. The whole fact that we both made accounts and have had so many problems and both were not able to withdraw our money makes me question the legitimacy of this casino. We were just looking to have a little fun with our spare time and we got lucky and both won. It's been months and only a bunch of headaches with the company. Now contact is nearly impossible with them and were are running out of way to fight it. Also, they will not give a direct answer to NCtarheels on the reason that he will not receive his money...

as i said earlier we are two college students living in the same dormitory but down the hall from one another, explaining the reasoning for the same network, college and favorite casino. Being that we are both 19!! Turningstone a Native American casino the LEGAL gambling age is 18 therefore it is the only actual casino we have been to.


PS. I dont know but if my company had people attempting to scam them I do not think I would be so generous about it and some legal action would take place. You dont refund people who are trying to steal money. How can this company be legitimate????
 
No because the legal age is 18 to play bethedealer therefore it is legal when you are 19. I have submitted legitimate documentation of who I am. I had the back of the credit card colored in so you could not read the number and the numbers allowed to be blacked in on the front. Also the security code on the back. My license was a direct copy my bank statement was also included.
 
That does not matter that it is a banned state...Turningstone casino is in New York...and yes I have been there a few times! so what is the problem?

the problem is Turning Stone is NOT a
online casino which you an every other New Yorker
is banned from playing at Online Casino's
