    Hi!
I just wanted to ask if anyone can help me out here? I registered at BetCris few days ago after hearing that they had 20$ freeplay for new sign-ups. At that point few days ago a CS rep told me that the 20$ has to be used in their casino, it has 10x rollover and that the bonus itself cannot be cashed out. I was like, ok...fine by me and sent an email to This email is not visible to you. I then forgot the whole bonus and started playing it today...Managed to get my balance up to 100$ playing their Deuces Wild. I then went to Live Chat to see if I could cashout...

    Visitor: Hi!
Priscilla: May I have your account number and password please?
Visitor: I just wanted to check out that it's ok for me to cashout?
    Visitor: CRXXXXXX
Visitor: And wanted to say that you casino games are really nice =)
Priscilla: well sir, since you got the $20 bonus you need to roll it over 10 times
Visitor: I have done that...and even more- I think. I played Deuces wild with 5$ bet for ages =)
Visitor: Maybe it takes few minutes before my wagers show?
Visitor: Or can you say how much wagering is there left for me?
    Visitor: =)
    Priscilla: sure let me check
Priscilla: you need to play $200 dollars in order to cover the roll over requirement you still need to play $120
Visitor: That much? I honestly played well over 50hands with 5$ bet...So I guess it takes a while for your system to update my wagering?
Priscilla: let me check with the tech department
    Priscilla: hold on please
    Visitor: Ok. Thanks =)
Priscilla: sir we only have in our system that you played Deuces Wild for $80
Visitor: Hmm. I guess it takes few hours then to update. Since I played waaaaaayyy over that amount. But I'll start playing again and count my hands this time. So I should play 24hands with 5$ bet now. I'll check later again. Thanks =)
    Priscilla: yw

Ok...I then went back to play Deuces Wild with 5$ bet...managed to keep my balance at 80$ and thought that it would be nice to cashout from a freebie...even 60$... =)

Went back to Live Chat after doing my 120$ left wagering...

You are now chatting with 'Priscilla'
you: Hi! I wagered another 125$ Deuces Wild. Does it show in your system now? =)
    you: CR105452
Priscilla: well sir i checked with the tech department
    you: yes?
    you: =)
Priscilla: and they said that you musht be palying with test money 'cause you also have that option on the website
you: Nope. I'm using my 20$ freeplay real money which I got from chris
you: I think that was his name
    you: Sent him an email
you: Sorry...not chris...it was This email is not visible to you.
you: Just checked my email logs...
you: And the last time I spoke with a CS rep, they said that 20$ that can be asked by emailing gary since he was out at lunch at that time- has a max.250$ cashout
you: And if I have done the rollover...can it be cashed out?
you: and this can't be test money since it shows at available balance at cashier's withdraw section
    you: =)
Priscilla: sir i just talked to the tech department again and they said that there is no way our system is making a mistake, that what we have for you playing on Deuces Wild is just $80 and that's what it is
    you: that's not just true...
you: Could you be kind enough to send me our previous chat log...
you: Could you check my logs again...
you: What you're saying is that I played earlier 80$...well after that i came back to chat and played 25hands in the meantime...so you stats must be wrong
Priscilla: may i have your e-mail address to send you the previous chat?
    you: You still there?
you: This email is not visible to you.
you: Let do it this way...are the stats still showing 80$ played?
    Priscilla: done, check your inbox
    Priscilla: yes
you: If they are...I'll play one hand with 0.25$ bet and after that let's see those playlogs
you: And I will be with you online chat every second of that
Priscilla: sir actually i just cheked with my manager and casino plays don't count on our roll over requirement
    you: That's not true Priscilla
you: don't try to fool me...
you: I was told that the 20$ freeplay can only be played at casino...not poker room or sportsbook
    you: ONLY AT CASINO
Priscilla: sir i'm not trying to fool you
Priscilla: do you remember who told you that?
you: Well...I was informed that the 20$ can only be used at your casino. I think it was Susan...i think that was her name
you: Since gary wasn't there to credit me online
Priscilla: we don't have a Susan here
    you: Or susanette
Priscilla: sir it can't be, since in our roll over requirement we don't count casino plays,
Priscilla: you could use those $20 in sports
you: Well...how does that 80$ count then. now I have the chat where you tell me that I have 120$ only wagering to do...
you: Now I done it...and now it can't be used there...
Priscilla: well sir it was my mistake sir still need to play $200 before a cashout
    you: Play what?
    Priscilla: sports
you: Can you show me where that rule can be found?
    Priscilla: let me check
Priscilla: well sir, i'm checking on the rules online and there is nothing about freeplays and roll over requirements
you: Well...how am I supposed to believe you then?
Priscilla: sir, i'm just doing my job, and i'm telling you what my manager told me
you: Oh. That doesn't happen to be Gary?
Priscilla: no actually, Ale who is the floor manager in charge now
Priscilla: but if you want you can send an e-mail to Gary with your complains about this

So...I'm stuck here. And they don't even have any T&C at their website...I'm not saying that I'm right about this one...but getting another opinion would be nice =)
    MY 2cents...

Well...I finally got T&C to this promo...some girl at Live chat told me it has 10x rollover at Sportsbook...I guess there's not much to it then- should've checked before started playing...would like to see that T&C stated in their website though...

    -Ergo-

P.S. So- my fault...I guess I better check/ask more carefully next time =)

I'd like to see more input on this too...I think that if they don't have it posted on their website nor do they have it in any emails they send you, then bottom line is there's no T&C (I would think)

ive been playing at betcris since 1999,i never had a problem with them and i think i never will, they paid me several times amounts higher than 5000 USD

-Ergo- imho i think you need to quit the "bonus welfare program" and become a real player by deposting real money, ask the right questions at the right time.

They've paid you multiple times, more than FIVE MILLION DOLLARS?

Assuming that wasn't bullshit, what possible reason could you have to defend them?

Who certified it? This casino was displaying Michael Shackleford "Certified Fair Gaming" logo without authorization about 6 months ago.

Apologies for derailing the thread, but it amuses me to no end the different names that people who use bonus money get labelled with.

How do you think a player gets that bonus money?

LOL I seem to be remember something about this. Their homepage is different I wonder if the casino software is too.

http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6525 is about Betcris. They actually refunded me the money I lost in these sessions basically admitting that the outcomes were not realistic. I also had a couple of other bad experiences with cashouts being messed up and another time a CSR cold called me with a bonus, then ignored me when I cleared the bonus. I know this book is huge and very financially stable. 95%+ of my cashouts, several in the mid 4 digits were handled in an hour or two. Their CS really fell apart. Sporting Bet thanks them as they are now my new place to play. I do however miss the -108 Betcris had but there were just too many screwups in a short period of time.

I do agree however that if you played with your own money and not the "Bonus Welfare System" then you would greatly decrease your issues.

    Amen...

No different than going to a land based casino. You'd be lucky to get a $5 chip there for free!

    Free Money and bonuses...

Well i dont like the idea of rollover x amount of times bonus and deposit, max win , "fine print" etc ...just to get a payment.

Thats why i never ask for a bonus and if someone offers me a bonus i will turn it down...

It can go both ways. I recieved a deposit bonus for using Neteller this last time, was about $20 up and was going to quit....well, I hadn't met the WR's yet, so I kept on playing....After about $3900 more worth of bets I was up about $400 - so that time did pay off to keep playing.

But on the other hand, it can go just the opposite just as fast.

It'd be interesting to hear from others on the matter of whether they've won/lost by having to play more to meet the WR. I bet it'd be about 50/50.

As far as the max cashout, I will NEVER play at a casino that even tries to tell me that I can only cash out #x more than I deposit. If you're playing smalltime, that extra $10-20 isn't going to make that much of a difference in your bankroll to even think about limiting a cashout.

Thanks for so many replies and opinions. I never used a U.S. bookie before and was tempted to try this one out for one reason only...getting to try their casino with a free chip. But I'm glad to hear that they're a great place to play...As I said before- my bad...this is what you get of using bonuses =)
trying to make that 10x rollover and managed to get my balance up to 143$ with some nice bets for Spanish football...and even with better odds than in Europe. Still do have some wagering to do...but hey, I'm not complaining since it can played to European soccer games. I guess the main point is...is shouldn't use too many bonuses... =) Thanks!

    -Ergo-

P.S. Gary Thomson, the Marketing Director of You must register/login in order to see the link. was extremely helpful and sent me the entire terms and conditions of this promo which couldn't be found at their website...So as I said before...my bad for being in that "bonus heaven" =)

I'd like to state the management has been really kind towards me, and even offered me a withdrawal =) And,no...I didn't agree to do this in their behalf...it seems to be a misunderstanding... =)
    Thanks!
