Betat has been down most of the day, does anyone know of any problems, I made a small withdrawal yesterday and I'm a bit worried about whather I'll get the money or not ... are they having problems and is there any kind of player protection insurance ?

hi cant help went to play a while ago , can say your funds shall be fine though , no worries there ) i asked same question in bet at thread )
 
I think your funds are pretty safe there,

It is annoying when sites down and just after a withdraw, It does get you thinking

I withdrew 2500 euro last night around this time and then a few hours later 520 more.
The 520 was paid to my skrill this morning but my biggy has not yet but i am certainly not worried as they must have major issues with something if they are not able to have the site working on a weekend.
We will all get paid soon i am very sure.
 
They're still down, that's almost 24 hours ... anyone know anything ? I also haven't had a reply to my support request - they are normally pretty quick at getting back ... I am concerned !

No need to be concerned Roger.

They have a serious server issue and will be sending an email to all players once they are up and running again.

Not getting an answer i would say is normal considering the circumstances, just think how many more players sent them an email!!! They are busy getting their servers to work again which is far more important then writing emails.

Hi all,

A quick update on the situation at hand..

Unfortunately we have been hit by a severe DDoS attack again, and it would appear to be a particularly bad one this time around.

I'd like to put your minds at rest that we are very much live and operating, and that your withdrawals and balances are 100% safe and will be resumed the second we are back online.

Initial inspections estimate that we could be down for a few days but the length of time is as yet not confirmed, and while I understand that this may be frustrating for you all especially at this time of the year, I assure you that we are doing our utmost to rectify the situation in the shortest time possible in order for services to resume. I will set up a FAQ in order to try and answer the most commonly asked questions.

Ill keep you all updated on proceedings and latest information as soon as it reaches me.

I suspect there are many attacks that go unreported, and ransoms are paid.

After all, would you spend a year doing 141 (known) attacks if nobody paid up?

There is also a 100 bitcoin bounty on their head (around $25KUS) offered by another company that refused to pay up.

Withdrawals for both Slotty Vegas and BETAT Casino are currently ongoing and are being paid out currently. If you have a withdrawal to a credit card, please allow a couple of working days for the bank to process it for you as per usual.

I've been logging in to the Betat 'maintenance' page to check on progress but this am when i tried (with the autofilled password that has been working fine up 'til now) I got "Unable to validate contact support" ... well this is either a symptom of the problems they're having or something more sinister (yes I am sceptic) !

Hi Roger,

That usually means that login details have been input incorrectly. Are you absolutely sure you are inserting them correctly and you havent changed a character in the password by mistake?

same thing happened to me earlier in the week (I had entered details correctly) , but it worked again fine 10mins later

I genuinely feel for the Casino and their players, totally uncalled for and way OTT

These low life's must sit there saying to each other' The site is still down, look what we did' Knob Jockeys need to get a grip and more importantly maybe get a job and EARN their money rather than try and 'steal' it

Immortal Romance is also a bit shaky. Got Casino error "Your request could not be processed because we did not get a response from the Account Management System. Please try again or contact the help desk quoting error code 211." after 30 spins.
 
He was referring to MGS mobile games so I assumed that the desktop version might run and I should test them.
Site shows as offline currently.

Yes i was referring to mobile games in my pm to you.

Desktop MGS games should be working, so if you get an error let me know so i will log the timestamp with microgaming for them to look into.

Netent games also should be working perfectly.

First test

Twin Spin - 500 spins

Switched regularly between bet sizes, autospin/manual spin, normal speed/quick spin, high/low resolution.

Findings:

- Slot was running appr. 75% smoothly
- Appr. 10% of the spins would take > 5s to show the connected wheels and >6s to complete the spin
- Appr. 1% of the spins would take >10s to show the connected wheels and >11s to complete the spins
- The rest was just a little laggy.
- The lag was the same for high/low resolution
- The lag felt more frequent on the "quick spin" option

Trying now JATB for 100 spins
