Just a quick bit of feedback about making a deposit on Slotty.

Took me nearly five minutes to do it tonight. Not for the first time since you got back up and running.

The various screens take waaaaay too long to what they need to. Seem to spend ages just thinking about loading.

Not my end. Decent machine, 100mb (solid) connection. No issues elsewhere.

Also, it really needs to remember payment details.

Have to be honest, needs work or its going to put me off.
 
Unfortunately I have already been put off. Still cannot deposit at Betat. Yes, I can at Slotty Vegas but it really isn't my favorite casino. I keep hearing promises about everything working in 24 hours but nothing has transpired. Sorry Jorge but I am afraid I will be putting my money elsewhere. I feel for you guys but I can only wait around for so long.

Barbara i know it is very frustrating but i am sure you know deep down they are trying their very very best and hopefully they will be at 100 percent very very soon.One of the best casino's around needs the support when they have had a kick in the goolies big time.

We have received some reports of system lag come through, which refer to approximately the time you were trying to make the deposit.

With regard to Ecopayz, it should be running now on both brands from this morning :thumbsup:

We had to move onto new equipment following this whole ordeal, and payment details for some methods were not able to be carried over. If this was your first deposit using this method since mid December, then yes, you would need to input your details again. If on the other hand this is continuing to happen to you, please PM and ill look into it for you.

I've not received anything.

I'm ready to play, but I want to make sure I can expect the same level of service as before the attack.

The lack of e-mails tells me you're not 100% ready, but I may be wrong :)

Hey Freddy,

We will be launching promotions again this week. Starting with the more niche ones first, such as the CM contests, and then moving into more of the previous schedule.

We are monitoring the situation as volume increases organically , and wouldnt want to flood the systems too quick but yes, baring the last couple of tweaks, thinks are certainly looking up and we're almost fully back to were we should be.

Now I just hope I havnt jinxed it :p

Opened up DOA , constantly "game not available" after every spin,had to reload about 8 times
Now its auto logged me off and when I log on again I get in for 5 seconds and then get logged off again.

hes not the only one hedgey , i too spoke with live chat same thing also kept kicking me for no reason , also i get youve played for 0 hours & made 0 bets in this time do you want to f-off ( along those lines more polite though ) anyway its happened a fair bit , games were ok for a few spins then as spoken about clunky , haven't been back since , popped over to play red instead.

when it eventually worked it did play relatively smooth , still needs work though I fear
 
Has anyone had this issue with betatcasino.

I signed up day or two back, and did deposit 20 get 20 bonus, and whilst playing GNR slot, the game stopped working whilst on a feature round, and not only did it not let me see the last spin of the feature but it never credited any of the winnings from the feature. I will add it was only around £3, but left me feeling a little wary.

I never chased it up, but just wondering if anyone else had this.
 
I've been playing there for the last 3-4 days and although things have improved there are still problems. A few times various slots would stop spinning and an error message would come up. But, when I logged back in to the game, the winnings were credited. Never happened during a feature. I would definitely take it up with CS -- 3 Euros better in your pocket then theirs.
 
What is going on with Betat? Deposit/withdrawal limits are still restricted,no promos? Surely this has gone on long enough? The latest winners banners is full of 10-20 wins,is anyone even playing there??:confused::confused:
 
I do feel bad for them, But remember only a small % read forums so alot of players, New sign ups are going to have a bad experience and not play again, They will be losing alot of custom

Im not exactly sure what youre going on to substantiate those wholly inaccurate claims, especially considering that the issues that were ongoing were effecting older accounts, not new ones. We havent had any reports of new sign ups having the bad experiences you are citing.

Mac, the withdrawal limits currently stand at 7.5k per week on Neteller for the time being. Of course, this doesnt mean there is a cap on winnings, but simply that withdrawals of more than 7.5k will have the first batch processed in week one, while the rest moves into week two. We apologise if this doesnt suit you at this current time, but this is a management decision and the limits will have to remain as such for the near future.

As for the low payouts in the latest winnings section, it is currently set to display wins more frequently rather than pick out larger winning hands. It has nothing to do with the amount of players playing on the site.

Now for promotions - yes, we would like to take all our promotions live again, and yes, we hoped to take them all live again for the past few weeks. Again I'd like to reiterate that this is indeed in the pipeline and you can expect to see them live very soon.

Maybe what spintree was getting at was anyone reading the reviews on casinomeister and then signing up would find that there are not "unlimited payouts" and the cashout time appear from the meister minion data to no longer be within 4 hours,hence the high scoring you have on this forum appears for the moment anyway to be unjustified.
Payouts (for me anyway) were slow the week before the attack and i had communication with one other member after the attack who was within the 7.5k limit but the withdrawals were still held up.
I asked the question after waiting a month (i believe you said in december you would be back up and running properly before the end of the year) as i always liked playing with you but can't quite get my head around why everything is taking so long:confused:

The attack caused some of our infrastructure to go irreparable down, and these systems needed to be replaced. I wont go into the details, but the process requires many integrations to be introduced from scratch in order for normal service to be resumed, all the while trying to maintain an efficient service worthy of our playerbase. These are intricate, time intensive jobs that are required from the tech guys and generally take operators months to streamline and get working flawlessly. We also continued paying out withdrawals even whilst we were down, which is why we need to throttle the weekly limits for the time being, simply until volume levels recover following the attack.

Unfortunately such is the reality of the situation. It was events out of our control that caused the situation, and Im proud of the way my team handled it considering the circumstances. What I wont do is promise things which are out of the realm of my control, seeing as I have stated that certain things would be available on specific dates, only for a setback to occur and for me to have to backtrack on my word. We have a roadmap which we will follow, and the limits will be increased in accordance with it and how the near future unfolds.

Maybe my post did not come across how I meant it to sound, I was not trying to be rude or knock your site, Infact the opposite,

What I was trying to say is that I sympathise for your site and the problems that has occurred, I have seen alot of unhappy customers recently, I know this is not your fault,

Surly the trouble reflects all players, New and old? Just that the new players have not come to expect the the great things you had on hand before the trouble,

I think its easy to under-estimate how such attacks really can effect a business. I feel for betat on this one and know some of the misery and damage that can be caused. My last company we got hit with a vicious very vicious code injection on every page of every site. Took us weeks to clean the code and had to rebuild 4 servers from scratch - an absolute night mare! Cost us 1000s and did effect the ability to login. Horrendous when such things happen but they (Betat) seem to be doing everything they can to get things running back to full speed. Kudos to them for that. Some things with such situations really do take a hell of a long time. We had to test - re-test - check - re-check dozens of times during that period. No small feat. So I think the way Betat have handled this (and no i dont play with them at this time ) has to be FULLY respected!

Well i have continued to play at Betat and i have been paid out fast as normal.
I have always thought as a player to stay loyal to them rather than just going back to them when promotions start up again.
As said earlier in a post i am sure not very many of us understand what they have been through and they need positive not negative messages.
I hope they are back 100 percent soon and in the running for Casino of the year next award time.

I started playing at betat after the Ddos attacks because of the good recensions here,so i havent seen any promotions at all ever.
Sometimes games are crashing....but that happend at other casino's also from time to time.
Had 1 time an issue about winnings that didnt drop in my balance but i dont think that is the casino's fault and an issue about multiple accounts on the same ip adress,what isnt the case at all but thats all safe and sorted as far as i know.
After all...i have still faith in them and still play there alot,support is great and now im curious about their promotions offcourse :D
 
Im suddenly not a swedish anymore if i trust slotty vegas( their sister site) cant login aswell had major problems 2 days ago everything was laggy hopefully not a ddos again..
 
Just used the 2nd deposit bonus here, had decent win from 20 starting account(40 in total with bonus). got upto 300 and wanted to forefeit the bonus and live chat did it for me. Now just need ID verification, if it goes smoothly and quickly and withdraw happens this will be my new site to play at. Other sites tie you down not give you option to cancel it.

Very impressed so far :)

Was told by live support it will be done this afternoon and was assured it will be within the 4hr window.

Checked later, still pending. Was told this time that there are technical issues with payments and nothing can be done until tomorrow morning!!! :what:

So be aware, if you are expecting a quick payment that it won't happen at Slotty for now as it is not even 100% sure it will happen tomorrow morning.

Don't know if Bet-AT is affected too.

Not nice, to say the least.

I've just made my first withdrawal here at betat. Just started playing here after joining the forum. Took exactly two minutes for the money to be in my ecopays account. I deposited with a non reloadable debit card and then chat support withdrew it manually into my ecopayz account. I thought it was gonna be ugly but they took care of it in three seconds flat. Gotta love their customer service. Thank you.

I did pm Karl a few weeks ago and he replied that as soon as everything was a 100 percent we would see these great offers back.They were very close to achieving that so hopefully it will be sooner than later as Betat is no doubt my fav casino.
I have an interest in the x-mas one obviously as i had the leading screenshot at the time for the 1000 euro prize and was doing quite well overall.

All Xmas promos will be carried over to kick off again next Monday as an Easter comp.

Promos ended on 5/12, with 20 days to run - so, we will kick them off again on the 7th March to run until Easter, 27th March (20 days).

All current scores etc will be carried over of course.

On a sidenote, I'd appreciate it if we can stop "Necro-ing" this thread for every question regarding betat guys. It would be great to put that phase behind us without my being constantly reminded about it everytime someone has a question lol :notworthy
