PAB in progress Issues with luckystar

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with luckystar online casino? I've been trying to make a withdrawal for the past 4 or 5 weeks using the same method and accounts I have so many times before. Luckystar is closing down on 9 September and now you can't contact customer support either. I've emailed the financial department about 20 times, I've emailed support department about 20 times and I've emailed the VIP manager about 20 times and have yet to receive 1 email back. I don't know what to do next can someone help please
