Let us know if you get it! I would still go with the 31-60 days. They like to dangle the carrot out there for as long as possible. As long as you arent in any hurry you are fine. From what I can tell they do pay eventually, it's just a ROYAL pain the ass. Good luck! I dont know how Royal stays in business treating their customers this way but they do. Must be the bonuses!

For those who are still fighting with them, all I can really suggest is that you keep scrupulous records of every Live Chat you ever do with them. I ended up with about 10-15 different emails from their Live Chat because I would always have them forwarded to me. Maybe that helped, maybe not ... but it gave me some peace of mind, at the very least. I even copied and pasted all the Live Chats into a Word document, just in case.

If they tell you a specific time frame (like 24 hours), hit them up on the Live Chat after the 24 hours is up if they haven't upheld their end. Keep plugging away at 'em (that's what I did) and I wish everyone the best ... and even consider myself mighty lucky this time around.

Congrats! It seems that a month it's usually a month or so with these guys if you are really patient & persistent. Seems that you have to a be a real winner to get your money: not just get lucky in the games, but also be strong enough to keep asking for your money.

BTW, why was BetRoyal removed from Rogue Casino list?

SunPalace is no prize either. I've been waiting over a month to receive a payout and they have every excuse in the book. After I receive my payouts in full, i'll be closing account there. Their behavior is "roguelike' in my opinion after constant emails and online chats, etc.
