Bet Phoenix not paying

Hello,

I was given a free no deposit Bonus $50 chip at Bet Phoenix Casino (Rival). I'd like to make a withdrawal and have sent my documentation to the finance department and also contacted live help who assured me they would contact me within twenty four hours... Two weeks later still no response from finance instead they've locked me out of my account.

They don't have a representative on this forum. What is my best point of contact? What should I do?

These guys used to be RTG and from my personal point of view I never liked them back then. Nicholas was the about the only thing that was good about them but he just recently left them so I am not sure who to point you too.. I will snoop around, hopefully someone can post a contact for you in the meantime.

I don't think they are one to use the central Rival system but I could be wrong, have you claimed many no deposit chips at other Rivals and won?

Just lucky it was a free chip I guess and you didn't lose any of your own funds. You are correct in saying that there are some good even great casinos that are not on the cm accredited list but unfortunately these guys are not one of them mate.

O yes, I would agree to that, but surely you didn't find any good reviews about this casino.
They started out good, because they had a manager we all trusted. Nicholas, who had been at Vegas Regal earlier.
He is gone now and the casino havn't been okey for a long time now.

You have to search a little more then just here at CM when it's it's about a casino that's not accredited.

Thanks :) I've been informed that they don't have a rep on this forum anymore.

Staying far away from Bet Phoenix Casino, I don't understand there reasoning behind offering a free chip when they don't plan on paying out though? Why don't they just not offer the chip?

Yes what about them? They are there and many of them are okey, others are not.
Still you can find usefull information. There are many other places that helps people with complaints also.

I will always see CM as the best forum out there but that doesn't mean I can't be a member somewhere else too.
Or just to get information.

I didn't know they used to be RTG... They've gone from RTG to Rival, not a good sign :rolleyes: Thanks for the info :)

Well not holding my breath on getting my money, but then that's really my fault playing at what seems to be an extremely ill-reputed casino :(

lol! I'm not surprised they don't seem to enjoy paying customers :)

I won't waste my time submitting a PAB after all it's only a measly $80 withdrawal. I would like to warn others though so that they don't make the same mistake playing at Bet Phoenix.

If you have some free time and you're a bit curious, you should read the thread linked in the Rival no-can-do announcement (it's called "Rival & Canada").

Shortly after joining this forum, I did a LOT of reading and research on Rival software and I couldn't believe my eyes on some of the stuff that was posted here over the years. It goes way beyond "this casino won't pay me".

That's why I said earlier in the thread that I'd never give them my personal infos.

They don't always accept your reasons behind doing that, so in case you plan to sign up somewhere else give them what they ask for or don't sign up at all.

I wouldn't give a fake one, I do however, often give one to a cell with no minutes ;)

I've never had a casino call me when making a cash-out... I was originally a little bit doubtful of their legitimacy as well. I only give my number to trustworthy and accredited casinos :) Youre right though I'll just stay away from these no-can-do casinos ;)

Well IMO

1) they normally require a deposit to cashout free chip
2) hopefully you will like pushing that deposit button after that first initial depoist
3) Now we have your personal information
4) Now we have your credit card info
5) We will call you on the phone offering bonuses
6) we will sell your information for someone else to spam you

the list goes on

The scariest thing about a free chip at a rogue is not whether you get paid, but what they do with your personal information.

They don't require a deposit, I know I was surprised as well :) Probably the reason they jumped on my account so quickly :rolleyes:

Sorry about replying to so late but have been "away" for awhile.

Anyway, I was curious as my normal online play is at betphoenix dot ag and I really haven't had any problems there so all of the talk about "betphoenix" was starting to make me sit up and take another look.
