This casino has a representative. I attempted to tag him to this post but it won't let me do this, so I have sent him a private message to make him aware of this post.

So on Friday 20th December I made three deposits and managed to get to a £7,750 withdrawal stage. As soon as my withdrawals exceeded £1,750 the below message popped up:

Fair dos, so I uploaded both my driving license and a recent utility bill as requested:

Ever since, nothing has happened. There is no live chat and no phone number so my correspondence has been via email. The latest I got back from them on the 20th December was an email advising me that their security team will look into my documents in order to verify my account. I have sent a couple of emails since (one Sunday and one today) but these have been ignored.

Rather frustrated by it and feeling a little nervous whether I am going to get my money, preferably before Christmas this year!

i could login before they switched to the Countdown.. when they went online my login credits were invalid.

Yeah, I played there the other day and made a video of my session. They were supposed to get a UKGC license way back but it didn't happen until recently so I never promoted them until they got approved for it. So some players get answered, some don't it seems.
If there is a pattern emerging I'll remove them as I was verified within a day so even allowing for the weekend it should be done in a max of 72 hours, which means by end of business tomorrow.

Which video was it you saw it on? If it was a streamer, any decent one would get involved by getting in touch directly with them (probably the affiliate manager) for you via skype or ringing them.
If it was an affiliate then the same should really apply. To put some pressure on, if they were pushing the 10 free spins, report them to the ASA, or threaten to, if they don't help.
Having said that, Viral Interactive are shit, any streamer/affiliate who promotes them will surely know that, so they are probably just happy to get paid by them, and might not want to rock the boat Decent affiliates wouldn't promote them at all.
