Bet.ibc (acc.exx service)

I have a big problem bet.ibc, from Acc.Exx (account exchange) to be more specific.
This is a bet.ibc's guaranteed service, specialized in proving bet365, betfair and other sportbooks account. Very expensive, tbh, but hey, they are guarateed.

They provide me a bet365 account, i deposit 1500eur and after 2 days account was blocked.
They told me that their account was under investigation and it would take a bit, but to be calm and quiet because they would fixed it soon and that their account are 100% safe. "Hey, we are guaranted".

5 months passed. I've asked for info every 15days and they always said to me that everything will be fixed, and that their account are always 100% safe.

Right now i just was too annoyed from this situation, i know that investigation can require up to 2-3months in some rare case, but not more; and since they continue to say that money will be back 100%, i asked for

1) have the money back
or
2) a new account with money inside

They refuse, and stop ro reply me.

So i could say, im in trouble with a "trustly and guaranteed" bet.ibc service.

As read in the FAQ, i didnt try to regain money from that sportbook via other parts (asking in other forum, or on facebook group, ecc)

I just would like to know if you can help me in this situation (or if you are just working on it)

The trouble is that Bet365 is notorious for not cooperating with third party complaints services like ours. And as far as I can see Bet365 would need to cooperate in order for this to go anywhere.
