last week i played with vegas days casino and did win 3,000 uS, but they dont wanna pay me. they told me, that i have multiple accounts with my home address, but i told them thats not true. then they told me that i created my account with the same computer/ip address like a friend of me, but thats not true and last but not least they told me that i logged in with the same computer/ip address like a friend of me, this is true, i did; but i did it so many times with so many casinos and never it was a problem with no casino i ever played (because if this will be a problem, its never allowed to play onlinecasinos when you are for holidays and stay in a hotel, most hotels do only have one ip address and use wlan).
but the biggest cheek is, that this casino do send me promos and did not closed my ``multiple accounts``!?!? so im allowed to go on playing and to make deposits,....lovely casino?!?

I think i get what you are trying to say.

You have played at this casino from your friends computer?
who also has an account with vegas days?


There have been alot of threads on here concerning RIVAL and this silly rule. Not only could some players not play from any other location, but i remember a few posts that said they couldn't even install the casino onto another computer / new computer in the same household.

i myself have been blocked from most rivals.BUT THIS WAS MY OWN FAULT!!. i had forgotton i'd played at some quite awhile ago and resigned up (so multiple accounts) also silly me signed up to every rival out there thru LCB for the no deposit bonuses. . :mad:

I still have some accounts in which are open but i'm yet to make a deposit at any rival. not to mention i dont want LCB getting any of my money for being my affiliate.

I think what the OP is saying is that they might play on the same pc but the accounts was not created on the same pc like they used a work pc to play on
I have been told that if my partner an I both want accounts at the same casino then the 2nd account need to be opened on a different PC (((not this casino))))

I suggest the OP remove your email addie

also you have made a total of 2 post an you are threatning a customer Support person with going to casinomeister Bryan does not like this at all he is not to be used as a bargaining tool

Thanks for that explanation :) i think your right.

I dunno but i didn't read into the casinomeister part as a threat, i thought it was more a comment to come here and get GENERAL help.

Maybe i'm just to relaxed to read into it more :p
 
[pab-in-progress]this is right, i played on my friends second computer, but i do this in many onlinecasinos, also rival powered, and never got problems with that - even we have different homeaddresses, i live in germany and my friend lives in austria and the most important: we did not create our accounts with the same computer / ip address.
and look at the script : first they accused me to have multiple accounts - and the support told me (you can see it) that multiple accounts are registrated with my homeaddress........this i denied and they found other reasons not to pay me out.....
...but they still send me nice bonus offers - what a business conduct.
and i know, if you try to open a second account with the same computer at rival casinos, the account is automatically closed - but mine is still open.

@schnuggi : you've asked me about filing a PAB on this. If this is still something you want to do I strongly suggest you read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ ASAP because the FAQ explains that if you keep talking about this issue here on the boards you will disqualify yourself from being able to submit a PAB on it.
