Bad Experience Need Help

I was lucky enough to withdraw $3000.00 at Win Palance, which Casinomeister gave a good rating for, I got an email this morning stating they were going to credit my bank account with $500.00. Now $500 is a far cry from $3000. When I asked why only $500 was told payments come in increments. The balance of my winnings was put back into my casino account stating I had to make another withdrawal and go through another processing period. Needless to say, I'm really hot right now, was depending on my winnings for Xmas. I already complained to management, but no response as of yet. What is my next step, and has anyone had this problem with this site???

CM dosent give Win Palace a good rating. They give Spin Palace a good rating. Yes payments at Win Palace come in $500 increments but of course you can deposit $1000.00 all at once. There's not much you can do. Did you read the T&Cs?

as bad as it may seam they claim they will pay you thats monumental so just hang in there and get paid [ i know its a disappointment ] but there comiting to pay you so it could be a lot worse and i wouldet flood the forums with negativity at this moment ' as casino's do follow comments made about them on forums

Yes, I use to play at Spin Palace until they pulled out of letting US players to play at their site, but I did get Win Palance at CM site.
