I come to you not in triumph, but in sorrow with a heavy heart and a righteous fury. I have been wronged, and I now call upon your strength, your wisdom, and your honor.

A deceitful casino has stolen what is rightfully mine. I emerged victorious in battle, winning a hard-fought jackpot of $5,000. But when I went to claim my reward, the true betrayal began. First, they demanded a $50 fee for a so-called “membership”—I paid it without hesitation. Then came a 10% tax—again, I paid. After that, a $500 “processing fee,” followed by another $500 for a “transaction fee.” One demand after another, I met them all with the hope of reclaiming what I had earned.

Now, I stand here over $3,000 lighter yet still empty-handed. No jackpot. No refund. Just silence and deception.

My friends, I ask no, I plead for your aid. If any of you know a lawyer, or someone who can guide me through the battlefield of justice, I ask you to join me. Help me raise my sword against this fraud, and bring these dishonorable foes to account.

I seek not revenge, only what is just. Let us not allow those who prey on others to stand unchallenged.

With faith in your courage,
King_Roi

Sounds like you have fallen victim to what seems to be a wide spread fraud that has been well publicised by @maxd and @mulven where you win and then get asked to make payments to receive those winnings. This kind of scam has been well publicised on Casinomeister. Its a shame you didnt read about it here first before falling victim. @maxd will correct me if I'm wrong but sadly it would seem the money is gone unless you paid via visa or mastercard in which case you can raise a chargeback request with your bank.
Which casino was it to assist other players?
I think the lesson to learn here is that if something seems strange and unusual it often is not right. I know it wont help you now but next time ask yourself whether it could ever be legit being asked to pay $3K to make a withdrawal. No casino could have such a business model as players would not agree to pay that kind of money to get what is rightfully theirs.

Sadly you have fallen victim to the casino eqivalent of the Nigerian 419 scam where you pay a fee upfront to receive your 'riches'.

You and every person entering that 'competition' would have won a jackpot or prize as the game is rigged to award it.

Rather than explain this all yet again, please read this:

I understand that recovering my lost funds may not be guaranteed, but I am seeking legal or law enforcement assistance to take action against a fraudulent online casino operating under the name PrimeBetCasino.com.

I have substantial evidence, including verified payment receipts, chat logs, and emails from the casino acknowledging my payments and confirming my jackpot winnings. Initially, the process appeared legitimate—I even received what seemed to be a business license, and I was led to believe that paying taxes on my jackpot was a standard procedure. However, as the demands for additional payments continued, it became clear that this was a sophisticated scam.

This company is engaging in criminal activity, and I strongly believe it must be held accountable. If anyone has information on legal avenues to pursue action against such fraudulent operations, I would greatly appreciate any guidance. I have compiled a comprehensive file containing proof of payments and evidence of multiple fraudulent activities associated with this casino.

Please let me know if there are any steps I can take or authorities I should contact to escalate this matter. Any assistance would be invaluable.

Thank you for your concern and consideration!

Unless you have plenty of spare wealth, going down this route will just cost you lots of time and lots of money.

If I were you I would personally make peace with the loss and move on.

Jurimae Limited is still the payment processor for some other identical looking sites owned by Trino Trading. Additionally Unigrad Trading and Sort Services B.V (Darub Ltd). These have certificates from the GCB and I think I even saw on Active licence. If you want to try and cause the people who are potentially behind this some trouble, you could give your evidence to the GCB but I don't think that will bear any fruits.

Darub Ltd and Jurimae Limited both have the same secretary (Andri Nikolaou), although this person is likely just being used to obfuscate the real people involved. If you ever look up payment processing companies you'll see familiar names pop up all the time. Christina Georgiou is one I see all the time. Theoklis Andreou is another one you'll see as an owner frequently as he is part of a Consultancy agency that helps with formation of Cypriot iGaming companies

Primebetcasino.com redirects to yahoo.
site is gone, if you use wayback machine you can see it resembles the same as its sister casinos.

There is plenty of footprint on trustpilot, guru and various affiliate sites of what it used to be and who used to own it.

I wonder if they are actually owned by Jurimae Limited or if they are impersonating those sites.

I tried it with a canadian IP and it didn't do anything, had assumed they werent targeting UK players
It looks like they are exclusively targeting US players as its rejecting traffic unless I put on an american IP

They absolutely need to be shut down.

Fortunately, I can accept my loss, but I can only imagine how many others have fallen victim to their financial scams. You were absolutely right about this being a 419 scam, but their approach is far more deceptive. Instead of demanding large sums upfront, they request small, seemingly reasonable payments framed as taxes or Bitcoin transaction fees making it easier for victims to believe the process is legitimate.

What’s even more concerning is how they lure in unsuspecting players. The casino’s name closely resembles that of a legitimate establishment, which only adds to the illusion of credibility. On top of that, they provide a fraudulent certification, claiming approval from a gaming board, further reinforcing the scam.

These criminals are undoubtedly preying on numerous victims, and it’s only a matter of time before more people fall into their trap.

Where's the rest of that expired CIL image? It should also mention the site name. I've not seen those guys associated with this site in my searches.

Also you might want to edit the image as it's showing your screenshot roll including some pictures of a ⬜🟦 site

At first, I didn’t think much of it I had no idea that scams like this even existed in the online casino world. I’m an active member of several legitimate casinos, and somehow, I let my guard down and got taken advantage of.

I have both the financial resources and the time to pursue shutting them down. The only thing I haven’t found yet is the right person or firm willing to take the case.

They are pretending to be them apparently which is odd because their terms pretend (possibly) to be someone else

They cropped the image because further down those pdfs have URLs included and they wouldn't have been on there. Additionally that licence has ceased to exist as of January this year.
