[ROGUE] TajmahalPalaceCasino are crooks of the highest order

whatever happened to the OP? did he submit a PAB

Yes, it was submitted and the casino responded:

Please note I am taking care of the players that have complained and the issues will be resolved.

Just waiting now to hear from TomT.

Casinomeister hosts the official Rogue Casino site - coining the phrase in the year 2000
Thanks to everyone for all the support... and a big thanks to Casinomeister Bailey for going to bat for me on this.

Mr. Bailey, after your quick contact with TajMahal, they contacted me right away to try and resolve this. They proposed sending me half my money immediately and the other half no later than January, provided I apologize for the strong language I directed at their support staff. Anyway, that was about 10 days ago and they've been jerking me around again ever since... I haven't received one cent from them yet. I spoke to their "Sam" a couple of times but now whenever I call, he is never in. They REALLY don't want to pay up... it's pretty clear.
Anyway, Mr. Bailey, I emailed you a couple of times in the past week/10 days in an attempt to keep you up to date on the situation, but I didn't hear back from you. It appears Tajmahal is dragging their feet again on this, would you be able to contact them again on my behalf and light a bit of a fire under them? And if possible, let them know that they should be remitting my full winnings immediately without this half-now half-later proposal... I think they've already had plenty of time to pay me.

Thanks!
TomT

I'll let them know.

What a bunch of clowns from this casino , I will never deposit there one perhaps should email them this thread and let them know that this will only end up costing them more .

Well, I still haven't gotten anything from these guys yet, can you believe this? Before Christmas they strung me along by saying they'd send me half of my winnings within 1 week, with the other half in January after I sent them a written apology for my "strong language" I used with their support staff... I'm serious! Anyway, after that first half didn't arrive, they said it was because Neteller couldn't accept their USD wire transfer, and they had to re-send it in Euros. I was scratching my head on that one but gave them the benefit of the doubt.
So I continued to wait.... nothing. I contacted Neteller to ask them if indeed a wire was sent to them from TajMahalCasino on my behalf. They said they hadn't received anything yet but would keep in touch with me. Then a few days later (last week) I got an email from Neteller saying that they had spoken to "Sam" at TajmahalCasino and that Sam said I would be receiving the funds in my Neteller account by the end of the week (this week, Friday, Jan 12). Well, still nothing in my Neteller account. Just another example of them stringing me along with stalling tactics.... can't say I'm surprised.
I don't know what the heck to do now.

Tom

P.S: PEOPLE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT! GOOD LORD!!!

Wow.

What these guys have done to you is beyond the pale, TomT. Even their promises to Bryan are apparently meaningless.

At some point you've got to conclude that they have no intention of paying you and that it's time to take the gloves off. Find out who their affiliates are and pressure or shame them into dropping this casino. Get your story out there as much as possible on the casino forums. Submit a complaint to Neteller investigations (investigations@neteller.com) about non-payment from a merchant. Hit them hard.

I guess you need to contact Safebet :D

Taj Mahal Palace Casino is a SafeBet certified online casino which means our online casino games are independently tested by a well-respected, non-profit gaming organization. Safebet membership for online casinos requires sufficient resources to operate at the highest standards and fair play.

Well, thanks for trying to help me Bryan, I appreciated that. Tajmahal now does not even reply to my emails (since a couple of weeks), so now I'm going to take matters into my own hands and contact all their payment processors, gaming provider, and the local police department in Valletta, Malta (where their head office is supposedly located).

Oh, and thanks for putting them on the list of Rogue casinos... I'm going to email Tajmahal the link for that right now.

TomT

So sorry TomT,
Your story sickened me to my stomach.
The most frustrating thing is not being able to get back at these lowlife in any meaningful way other than just not giving them our money.
The trouble is even when they eventualy go out of business they will of ripped off plenty enough people to make a pretty penny.
Stories like these must horrify the respectable side of the industry too because a few rotten apples really do spoil the barrel.
Personally my online gambling is about 10% of what it was due to repeated bad experiences one way or another and I dare say there are several more people like me who have been turned off by this industries antics.
I am still amazed that the largest and most respected Casinos do not get together and self regulate themselves.
It would not take much setting up and would be cost efficient.
Why wait for some outside group in which they have little influence to enforce regulation?
Maybe they just do not have the will.

I was going to open up an account with them, no way now, what a pack of scumbags. Before I open up any account I run it through this site to see if its a legit site as there are many thieves running casinos.

What a sad story.
Now that the casino website has a Network Solutions banner up, maybe Network Solutions would like to "hear" what kind of business they provide space and bandwith to, and that the word is beeing spread ... if they even care about that. Who knows...maybe they don't want their companyname mentioned in conjunction with businesses like this one. I know I wouldn't.

Every little push to kill companies like this one...if you can even call it a company, is a push in the right direction.

Please note that Taj Mahal is on the Rogue list. I've updated the thread title accordingly.
