Slow Pay Bacanaplay withdrawal issue

Has anyone had any experience with Bacanaplay?

I recently signed up and after a while made a withdrawal request. A few days later I had an email asking for documents which I sent and they were quickly approved.

However, a week later my withdrawal is still at the processing stage

They do not have a working live chat (only a bot) and any emails I send to support are returned as delivery failed (I have checked I am sending to the correct address).

I am starting to worry that I might not get paid my withdrawal and wondered what if anything I can do next?

I will give them a little more time before I submit a pab. It's being unable to contact them that is frustrating, they have no live chat, no email and no phone numbers.
