can't freaking believe she admitted to the world that they have been accepting deposits without the means to pay the winners for a month...criminal is right, if this casino is not shut down by rtg then the whole world to me should ban rtg and not just the usa

From what I've seen so far, RTG doesn't pull licenses. I guess they look at it like a car, we built the car, you drive it, if you hurt someone and it isn't a mfg problem, but the way you drive, bummer, we just build the car - not our fault if you run over people in it.

Lame.

RTG... ROGUE TO THE MAX!!

And RTG has remained completely silent about this...

But that is "standard fare" for RTG... they have nothing to say about "anything" that concerns their casinos or reputation.

An RTG casino that accepts deposits but cannot pay any winners... RTG "says nothing".

An RTG casino like those in the Virtual Stable... RTG "says nothing".

RTG claims to have left Atlanta and moved to Costa Rica (or some third world country) and RTG "says nothing".

RTG... the company that offered the company run "SAFEBET" as "protection" to players of said listed casinos.

RTG... who then offered "Montana" as a protection site for screwed players.

RTG... who after SAFEBET and MONTANA went "belly up"... offer "HASTINGS" as yet another "player protection" site.

ALL THREE WERE/ARE USELESS!!

And RTG continues their silence...

RTG... one hell of a company... protecting their loyal customers at "all times"... NOT!!

FWIW, RTG seems to be owned by Hastings now....

At least that's what

Thats funny, because it's true

To be fair though I always have a valid reason before I start a ball kicking session :p

Atlantic

I will start by saying sorry for posting this orig thread didnt see the other ones.I have myself played at atlantic before but for minute sums and did wait over 6 weeks can you believe to recieve $30.I only deposited $10 so felt good.Anyhow what i did want to highlight was the LAW of internet gaming?? Seems there is none and surely its time an policing came into action that would force these ROGUES off the internet immediately. This rogue casino could quite literaly take in millions of $ in the weeks months ahead and every single dollar deposited is lost to the customer.

It is quite easy to say well then they should have checked to see if it was an rogue but lets be honest wat % of internet gamblers use sites like this? More worryingly when you do get scammed which basically this is where do you complain??? RTG would be the first port of call but gee weve read on here how bad they are.Its time for some serious looking at ways where such sites as i mentioned above are put offline as quickly as possible and this is where ISPs must help. With the billions generated at onine gaming it would in my honest opinion be beneficial for every good casino to set up an body with such powers to kill rogue casinos immediately.Anyhowjust an thought and hope to see some replies...

I agree with the sentiment but the problem is one of jurisdiction.
This is the reason that all online Casino servers are located on exoctic floating Islands in the sky.
They pay no tax and are not prosecutable.
What should of happened a long time ago was for the well respected Casinos to get together to form a self policing watchdog.
They could of given themselves certificates and by consensus thrown out or added new members.
I believe the cost of such a operation would easily be covered by the extra revenue generated by these Casinos through new customers who want somewhere safe to play and ex players who have been put off by bad experiences yet have no course redress.
Such a body could have a very visible profile and therefore limit the number of players who fall foul of the scum opertors.
It not only makes moral sense but also good business sense but since when was sense applied to this industry?

Well said

ive been saying this for ages. All online gaming has done is draw out crooks who can hide behind there pcs and scam people.Obviously im talking bout places such as the sandalous atlantic loungs and RTG in general.Your post makes so much sense to everyone that i cannot believe it has not been done already.

However one point i missed earlier was should ISPs not take some responsibilities over this that no matter where they are they should be or morally would get shot of crooks like this?? just an thought and how could you find out what an casinos ISP is? if at all its possible...

ISP responsible.......you must be kidding!

Why in the world should a ISP be responsible??? They provide internet access, that is it......bottom line. They have no control over where we go, what we see, the sites we access. I feel very strongly that ISP's can and should NOT be held responsible for what ANY individual does over the internet.
I ask......do you want your internet filtered? Do you want to live in a country such as China, where the goverment controls what sites you may look at?

In an ideal world (the sooner the better) online casinos would be regulated and they would have to provide access to consumer watchdog groups (CasinoMeister) and problem gambling help pages, as well as having age restriction validation in place. I could go on and on.

I was one of the fortunate few who had the wierd luck of never getting ripped off before I found this site and learned what to look for.

Can you imagine how many affiliate sites and banner farms there are out there right now promoting Atlantic's 'no deposit bonus'? Scads... uninformed people are being drawn in daily... I would say the affiliates still promoting them are the criminals, not the ISPs.

who said ISPs?

If you had read my post correctly i NEVER mpllied ISPs are responsible.I said couldnt they act to ban these people from using there service.I aint so stupid as to even dream about holding ISPs resp.

I apologize for misunderstanding....it was late, that is my only excuse.

A quick way to solve this would be to send an email to 1st Technology LLC and point out that Atlantic Lounge Online Casino is making use of their patented technology without having licensed it. Domain hijacking shall follow (at the speed of the US court system though ).

Then the games will really begin, as the replacement web sites pop up:

  • NewAtlanticLounge.com
  • AtlanticLoungeLife.com
  • NewNewAtlanticLounge.com
  • TheRealNewAtlanticLounge.com
  • ThisTimeWeAreSeriousAtlanticLounge.com
  • WeAskThatYouPleaseBearWithUsAtlanticLounge.com
  • WeReallyMeanItThisIsTheNewAndFinalAtlanticLounge.com
  • OkayWeWereJustKiddingButNowWeAreSeriousThisIsReallyTheFinalAtlanticLounge.com
  • YouSeemToHaveCaughtUsWithOurPantsDownButPleaseKeepDepositingAtlanticLounge.com
  • YourLastDepositHelpedUsPayForThisNewAndReallyRealPermanentDomainNameForRealAtlanticLounge.com

yeah its an cruel world

Maybe new casinos should be made to put up an bond huh say 1 million dollars?? that would in my opinion stop any crooks becoming involved ..im only guessing at an figure but the idea in principle sounds ok from my views....thoughts??

LMAO! Unfortunately, 1st Technologies would in all probability quickly find out that this "casino" falls squarely into the "man of straw" legal category....and the software provider is almost as hard to pin down!
