This is a great example of what I am talking about when I say that players could be unnecessarily damaging a business. No details are given, no proof of any wrong doings, where is this 'rule' stated? or who told you that? We have nothing to go on here.

If there is a bad Bingo out there, I want to know about it.

I would like to see a copy of the rules or correspondence or whatever proof there is, if there is any at all.

here is their rule

to read their policy you go to their homepage (www.astrobingo.com)
and click info centre

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Cashouts and Cashout Policy
(AstroBingo.com reserves the right to change the cashout policy at any time without notice)

Bingo -- you can redeem once daily, with a minimum amount of $55. There is no limit to your cash out amount. The processing will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Casino games - you can redeem once daily, with a minimum amount of $150. There is a limit of cash out amount of $1000 per month. The processing will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Our Webmaster will use his discretion to identify which redemption is considered to be a casino or bingo one. In the event that a member plays both bingo and casino games, and has been winning in both games, then the redemption will be termed as bingo if the total bingo winnings exceed casino games in the past 24 hours from the request, or vice versa
Limit one cashout per day
Bonus will be deduct when the player cash out any amount from the bank balance.
Payout requests will be processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday ONLY - requests must be received by Midnight EST of the previous day.
Any players must have a deposit for 30 days before they can request any cashout.
Our E-commerce agent will send the confirmation email to our player about the payout method.
When you cash out, if you have only purchased with a credit card, then Virtual Exchange will issue you a check. If you have previously purchased with another alternative payment method (such as Electronic Check or NETeller) we will send you the funds via the alternative payment method. Typically Visa and MasterCard do not allow refunds back on your card.
AstroBingo reserve the right to deny a payout request

10/20/2004 10:55:52 AM USER hey why does not cash out my money?

10/20/2004 11:31:47 AM ADMIN To cash out your winning, you must redeem at least $55 from your bingo game. Since you won $35 only. You are not qualify to request any payout of your bingo game.
Hope this will clear your question.

10/20/2004 11:41:14 AM USER what are you talking about?
i deposit $20
and my money is now $55
why cannot cash out?

10/20/2004 11:47:53 AM ADMIN You must redeem $55 from winning of your bingo games.
Since $20 is your deposit, that is not count as your winning.
Hope this clear your question.

this is a shrewd trick.

I never seen like this bingo room.

This is a sticky bonus. I cannot tell from what the poster has posted if the bonus is being withheld or the sticky.

what the heck does this mean?

I think this is a way for them to keep your deposit in the casino so that you play and lose it. It is just like when a casino has a rule that your deposit must be played through 1x before making a withdrawal. I tried to withdraw my deposit from Sci-Fi Casino a couple hours after depositing and not playing it, based on my decision to no longer play RTG. They denied it ststing I did not make the deposit 1x playthrough. Unless I am wrong, it could also mean that if you have inactivity for 30 days but have a positive balance in your account you must make another deposit to be able to make a withdrawal?

If these really are their rules then they suck bad! No one should ever play here!

Their rules stink so bad that if you make a deposit here, you are a sucker!

Sounds to me like this person won $35 over some bonus amt they started with and doesnt have enough net to make the minimum cashout of $55 so deposited $20 to be able to do this.

If i am right it seems like a cheezy thing to do. Why not just try to get up to $55 and not have to try this?

Maybe i dont understand.

It sounds like you can withdraw only after 30 days from the date that you made a deposit. It stinks to high heaven no matter what way you look at this.

That is awful. I am going to send out a mailer to my Bingo ladies and tell them not to play there.

I am also going to warn affiliates off.

So far Bingo had stayed pretty clear of all these types of things. I guess the honeymoon is over.

There are plenty of decent Bingo Halls out there, no point in even bothering with someone with rules like that.

thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard of. 30 days to withdraw your own money? some online casinos just feel that they can put anything into the terms and conditions, no matter how ridiculous. Sheesh.
