With the H.R.4777 and Governments such as Germany sitting in grey areas, I've been paying thought to this overall subject for a while now.
In respect to the H.R.4777 this has been an ongoing bill that first raised its head back in 98 (from memory). Eight years on it's still not passed, though given the current acceleration of supporters and the publicity, I'm willing to believe that now it is not an if, but a when this bill will be passed.
Hence the reason for this poll.
I'd be interested to hear your input and overall thoughts and feelings toward the title subject.
