ALright! I'm wanting to know if anyone else is having problems being locked out of their paradise8 accts. This has been happening to me approximately every 3 weeks. At first I spoke w/Jason who was a rep. Told me I had multiple accts. But after looking he said that wasn't the issue. Then it was my IP address or something like that. The thing is its not just me. Its been happening to my sister & 2 other friends of mine. NOne of us even close to each other. I have contacted then again, but really tired of this. I would really like to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue as well.

I've alerted the rep, JSM_Jason, to this. I see that you've already been in touch with him but hopefully he'll swing by and clarify the problem here.

Mecan,

Like I told you and your sister, you and your friends have all logged into your casino accounts and played at eacothers houses at one point therefore pulling up a red flag in the casino backends. This is a very basic security measure to avoid abusive players from signing up with multiple accounts.

It states very clearly in the terms and conditions:

BC (bonne chance) permits only one casino account per household at each of its casinos.

By signing in with 2 separate accounts in the same household at the same casino it is a voilation of these terms.

I realize that you no longer play at eachothers houses, but the links in the backend still remain. I spoke to you and know that the violation was not intentional so I have been trying to find a way around the connection that the backend security has made with you and your sister/friends. I thought I had bypassed it but it seems that because you are all flagged at EVERY Rival casino I myself can only fix things temporarily. This is why, like I said, I forwarded the matter on to Rival.

I value all of you as players and am trying my best to get things resolved but you'll have to be patient.

Thank you.

Jason

This should only matter if they REGISTER their accounts other than at their own houses. Once registered, casinos can be played from anywhere, including on laptops linked through Wi-Fi hotpoints. If your back end is not coping with this, your players are going to have this problem more and more often, and will probably get fed up with it, and play elsewhere.

Most computer USERS have absolutely no idea about the technical aspects of this, and having the term does not help - it only specifies the one account per household, and two different households playing at one house does not break this term. Casinos are so eager to sign up players that they fail to offer any advice that might scare off the non technically minded player, such as telling them that they must ONLY register accounts on their own computer equipment, and must NOT use their casino accounts whilst travelling in case this trips the back end security flags.

Rival casinos try to look as though they are separate, and the reps are at great pains to point this out, yet this is a lie, all seem to trace back to Bonne Chance, and many problems in the past have been down to players believing that Rival casinos are separate casinos related only by software. With all this "central" stuff happening, it has to be clear now that all Rival casinos are one and the same group, and that having a multitude of accounts at them (although still one account per casino), is what is going to create these problems.

I am getting the impression that Rival security protocols are not compatable with how some ISP's operate, and this too will create problems, more so as more players play at Rival casinos.

The problem still exist

Listen, I'm not trying to knock Rival Gaming. I like their games. But This has happened repeatively. I was PO'd Bc I want to play Paradise8, but bc of the issue I refuse to play there. Also the response that the rep made is the excact samething that I and my sister did recieve via emails.

you never told us....did you get paid from Jackpot factory?

Now you have problem with Rival?

update on all

No sorry to say Jackpot never followed thru. I sent all the information that the requested. I was told that they would have their security check into it. To this day no response.
As for Rival ( paradise8) NO! and NO! I am still locked of my account.Jason has not responded since posting his reply on this sight, which as I said before was the same thing that was sent to my sister and myself. My sister is able to get into hers, but I still cannot. I guess I must have really PO'd somebody for that one. They say I can only play at 1 computer, IP address and account. Which I only have 1, but go figure. WHats so bad is what about people who travel how do they do it. I mean I travel and have not had this issue with any other csino except them. I can still use myt sloto, but with the current issue with paradise8 I have avoided using it. Scared that when I have to cash out this would cause a possible denial of my funds.
Thanks all those who responded. I really appreciate the support and the fact that there is a sight like this to go to.

Jason's reply seems pretty reasonable IMO. It sounds like he is trying to get the issue solved. Some casino's would just say tough shite and ban you.

I think you can relatively safe playing at Sloto'cash since they are owned by different folks.

I don't understand the issue with this. I play on my PC at home and a laptop when I travel. Sometimes the laptop is dialup, sometimes not. Had my internet/laptop working thru my cellphone also. I have changed from dialup to DSL (don't know if that matters) and still have had no problems.

Strange. :what:

Hopefully you will get things worked out.

It's not really about traveling per say, it's because there was more than one person logged in at the same IP address.

A couple of weekends ago, I had a friend over and she was on my laptop playing at one of the Rival's on my account, in PLAY mode. She has never gambled online and wanted to give it a whirl so she wanted to open a real account of her own and give it a whirl with one of the freebies and being a complete newbie she wanted me to help her. At first I didn't think twice about it and then I went ooo noo, we can't do that. You will have to wait until you get home. That just goes to show how easily it could happen with no intention to defraud anyone. I came very close to letting her start the process before I realized what I was about to do.

I have had this problem from my home alone. This last time wasn't even atmy sisters house. Off the same computer and Ip I have had for 3 years. I have only played at my ssiters house twice. I was told that I could have an acct at each casino, just not more than one. Which I have been upfront and honest about it. I explained to paradise the accts that I held. But since this last issue. I have not been able to get into the acct. I contacted their support about the issue and they tell me I have to wait for the business office. I do That and This is where I still sit! I personnel am tired of it! I have just given up and will spend my funds else where!
As I said before I like Rival gaming, but if I deposit at one of their casino's and were to withdraw. This issue right here would prevent me from getting my funds!

I was you and didnt get paid in over a month....and my soul was honest...I would have bitched a lot more than you did.....actually you didnt at all in the last couple weeks:eek:

Tell me where to go to bitch and believe me I would BITCH no doubt about it. I also have tried give them time to reply. Thought well don't irritate them anymore than I have. Believe me I'm honest, given them everything people asked me for...but they do not return this honesty sometimes. I am still to this day arguing with Jackpot Factory. Though it seems when I do they NO LIKE to respond. As far as jackpot factory, I no longer play with them. Paradise8, like I said, would more then likely not pay in the event of a winning, due to rthis IP crap or bc I played twwice from my sisiters house. I posted it here After talking with paradise8 hoping to resolve this issue. So what would you do? Take the chance of winning and not getting paid? Advice would be GREAT!!! lol

PS This is also the first time I have ever posted on a forum...

If I were you Mecan49 I wouldn't play at P8 until they have your account issues worked out. Yes if you win.....it might cause you problems. As I said previously, it appears that Jason is trying to help with the issue and I'm sure it takes some time for Rival to get it all sorted out. You didn't purposely invite scrutiny on your accounts but by different people playing at the same IP address it did.........so again until they give you the all clear, it would be best to not play at the rivals.

I play for real at my friends house on most all the Rivals using their wireless connection on my laptop in which they also have a real account and most times they play either right before or right after I do, never had any problems. Of course it's like tossing $100's into a black hole each time we've both played, never ahead not even once, and never tried to cash out. I'm sure that's when the problems would start.

Thanks for the heads up tho, I'll throw my money into the Microgaming black holes.

Send a PM to the Jackpot Factory rep here. Their CS can be incredibly inept at times, and it seems you have become stuck in one of their tangles.

Cease play at ALL casinos until you have an explanation from Jackpot Factory. It seems there is some underlying issue that goes beyond you simply playing at your sister's house.
Telling players not to play away from home is madness, casinos are even doing the opposite to increase revenue, by advertising access on mobile phones, and stressing that once created, your account can be accessed from anywhere.
Perhaps it is your SISTER that they are unhappy with, has SHE been able to send in documents to prove she really exists. It is more than likely that the casinos believe your sister does not exist, and that YOU have two houses that you have access to, and are using them to double up on the number of casino accounts you have.
The fact that you are having similar "security" problems with two separate casino groups strengthens this view.

SHE is real

SHe cashed out for 500.00 at p8 two months ago.ACH'd it took amonth, had to send all the doc's to cash out. So, they know that WE are SEPERATE players. She has deposited since. SHE is no longer locked out. I no longer wish to play at p8 bc of the previous problems that I have had. WHich as you've said dont play them...

THanks all
