Any White hat gaming reps?

Hello all.

Strange one tonight for me, made a deposit at a white hat gaming casino, I do play at a couple of them and never have any issues, but tonight my deposit has gone missing.

I deposited a couple of hours ago and it hasn't gone into my account, it was a mastercard deposit, I checked with online chat who were rather laid back about it and said it will credit sometime soon, and that the deposit was still processing. I checked with online bank and telephone bank and the money was taken instantly like always but the casino claims they never received the money from the bank.

Who's in the wrong here? I made a test deposit at another casino and all was OK and normal, timescales were instant as usual.

The casino says they haven't got the money, the bank says they have sent it instantly. I only asked about a rep to see if someone could have a look into it for me.
