any news on the indio casino ?

From what I am seeing here and elsewhere that is good advice. Futurebet and IGS are building up a dismal record of failure and deceit, and clearly do not treat their players fairly.
 
Just to let people know Jeff at Futurebet gave an additional $200 bonus which I managed to turn into $300 and I've now been paid back to Neteller.

I know it doesn't make up for what went on before but it's better than nothing.
 
I took up Jeff's offer in order to get the 501 dollars that Indio owed me...I have manged to turn it into 580 dollars..great news except guess what?..the cashin hasn't even been processed yet despite me sending in 3 pieces of ID (funny how they don't ask for this when you deposit money)...I have a strong suspicion they will delay as long as possible..I am sick to death of online casinos..play poker..much better.

To be fair, I receiced a polite response from player support but I made the cashin over 2 weeks ago...disgraceful

How dare they offer to give money owed to ME into ANOTHER casino and then slap wagering requiremets on it (which I have met )..then they still try and delay the cashin...pathetic
 
Complete and utter joke - I think we can all take Bryan's comments in his newsletter about Futurebet sorting themselves out with a pinch of salt.
 
This is the sort of thing that justifies our Casino Cautions damning Futurebet on this Indio issue, which had them criticising us to sites that carry our news column. They claimed we were "slandering" them despite the truth in several documented cases in our possession.

IMO if Futurebet were the stand-up, professional outfit they claim to be, the Indio players would have been cared for faster and in a better fashion than giving them a bonus and subjecting them to further WT requirements at another site just to get the money they are owed back.

To add further delays to the process like this is unconscionable, and makes it harder for everyone to accept FB's assurances that they are going to do the right thing going forward.

Everyone should have an opportunity to sort stuff out in a polite and efficient manner, and I think the Meister is right to give FB a chance to do things right. Hopefully they will be concerned enough by recent events to follow this thread, and this complaint will receive prompt attention.
