Another slow Casumo Withdrawal

Only requested a £50 withdrawal so not exactly a fortune, coming up for 13 hours now pending, These guys really need to go get advice from V/S about payout speeds. I gave Casumo another bash as I had been sent a bonus offer the other day. Great Casino really let down in payout speeds IMO.

Standard procedure is described as "within 24 hours" still a lot faster than most places these days and hardly a life time's wait is it?

Not necessarily the pending that irritates some folk tbh but more the fact that one minute it’s ten minutes and the next time, sometimes only hours apart, it’s 24 hours.

No biggie for me tho as you can lock etc but bit more consistency would be nice

Its pretty clear isn't it, from memory?
plenty of other casinos have much longer waiting periods, Casumo are one of the fastest.
They probably have more withdrawals to process then Videoslots seeing as they don't use the lower RTP version on any of their games.

Not finger pointing and this may not be the case here but (excluding OTT unnecessary delays) whenever I see threads such as this I mostly think

1) Player has over spent and needs dosh in general super urgently
2) Player needs withdrawal, like yesterday so he/she can redeposit and play some more (having either locked it so cannot reverse or to take up a deposit offer or such at another casino)

Like I say, no accusations but years of experience alongside similar threads has lead me to this train of thought.

No it isn't that clear, you have to go into your history and do it from there.

So not really hidden then as surely you would be checking your history to see if it had been processed?
It's not as if this is a surprise they have been the same for at least a year now

Not at all, I have said before about Casumo for me payout very slowly, Like I said it was only a very small deposit and withdrawal, just to see if Casumo had speed up its withdrawals since the last time I used them. And as i said i locked my withdrawal, but other people with gambling problems wont.

If they have gambling problems then they shouldn't be playing, it's not as if there aren't any tools to help them these days.

As I say, if someone has gambling problems they shouldn't be playing anyway, and if they are chances are they would re-deposit anyway.

Someone is forgetting 1 simple fact yes they ‘usually’ do process within hours but they do state typically it can take X amount of business days

Not sure where it shows with V/s But I have seen the lock withdrawal and with VS it's in my account in 30secs

Not an issue for me anymore as they hit me for KYC,docs supplied wasn’t sufficient they wanted a statement from the MOD for my pension (WTF) so account closed only tho my lifetime deposits were sitting at £1800.

My lifetime ones are about 30k there, never had anything but do wonder if they’re due to; Stakers casino hit me for all that when lifetime deposits were 500

they hit me and mine were £25 haha
and then they closed my account as they didn't want anyone with debt, it was a credit card statement ffs, with about a £50 balance out of a £4k credit limit

If you think 13 hours is alot; i'm still waiting from the thuesday withdrawl of 4k untill today. Finally got a response that they accepted my documents, but still require more of that.

Just dont give in playing that money!

The longer they hold it the bigger the chance you waste it on playing again. Less payout for the casino obviously.
