Animated Avatars Aren't Allowed Anymore

I noticed that you do not allow animated avatars to be uploaded anymore.

I must be missing something. Yours is animated. I didn't change anything. Are you trying to upload a new one and it won't upload?

Yes! and it says that animated avatars are not allowed. I was trying to replace mine with a new one.

Mine is lightly animated and I just uploaded it recently.

I've fixed the problem. During the upgrade the uploading avatars was set to the "off" mode. It saved what was already uploaded, but wouldn't allow you to do it again. I've now enabled this.
