Please let me know if this sounds mischievous.
I'm playing at inetbet and not doing bad (anytime where you get play is doing good) My money is lasting and I had been playing for about 2 hours or more THAN all of a sudden the casino stops responding and I get kicked out only to NOT be able to get back in for a few minutes because the casino won't load, yet I can go into other casinos on my computer. During the time of lock out I email inetbet and ask them what is going on, they NEVER email me back. I finally get back in casino (stupid of me I should have stayed away until another day) And, it was like night and day. No more hitting things worth anything, it was like they turned a switch on and my money was being sucked away without any play. Needless to say it left me broke again with no money to cash out like ALWAYS, coincidence? I think not. Has anyone ever had this happen? For some reason that whole experience left me feeling dirty, if you know what I mean! And inetbet DON'T come on this post and answer any questions in public NOW you had your chance and you NEVER emailed me back so don't try and defend yourself here and now! I think it's time to change my favorite casino!

Hi Lisa,
I am unsure as to why the disconnect you experienced occurred. However I can assure you that this was not ina ny way our doing. It sounds as if there was a connection or server issue.
I can also assure you that there is no "switch". We have no control over the results of the games at all, or of individual accounts etc
Best Regards

There were occasions when my play at RTGs were disconnected and I couldnt log in for about 10 minutes. I understand that some players have said they noticed that nothing could be hit after they logged back in but for me I havent noticed much difference. Rather, in the past there were quite prolonged periods where the slots at RTG were as mean as hell. Maybe, it's already forgotten but I can still recall the period where I am certain that RTG had a bug in the Fruit Frenzy slot game and everybody could only hit the minimum 5 free spins for the feature. So I am wary of the fact that RTG can control their slots but whether the casino can do so, I am not sure.

This happened to me yesterday at Inetbet, in the middle of a bonus round on Bunko.. I was really afraid it wouldn't continue the bonus round when I was finally able to get back on and I'd lose it, but thankfully it did. I honestly didn't notice much of a difference in payout, I kept hitting for a good while until I finally hit that 'wall' we all know and hate.

ive been disconected plenty of times. sometimes a few times in one day. sometimes there is a difference in play and sometimes not once i log back in.
i do know that mostly whereever i play (rtg) that once i hit a decent hit ill stay on for another 20.00 or so and if its cold i move on. however in doing this after my winnings i notice that no matter what game i long in on all the slots seem to go cold. i really dont know if its because i got a decent feature ( 100.00) or if its just a coincidence. theres been many of times when i was ahead a few hundered that i kept playing and wished i would have walked away for a few hrs, and then came back. it seems to me that the slots sometimes are on a timer. all of a sudden they all will play . you can click on all the games and get the features but that only will happen for so long and then its a gradual thing where slowly the spins get worse and then your back to nothing hitting. at least that what happens to me. and i see this because i play manually sometimes for a bout 3 hrs or more and watch it right before my eyes. but all the casinos seem to do this to me.

Could the problem be due to the server thinking the connection has NOT disconnected, and thus deliberately blocking the attempt at reconnection, but doing so "silently" by not giving a proper error message in the client lobby, making the player believe there are malicious reasons for them having been "booted", and then blocked from logging in again.
This seems a common, but elusive, issue with many casinos, MG is often badly affected. Attempts to get a proper explanation for this has hit a brick wall, with general buck passing being the order of the day, blaming entities and the customer's own PC without any evidence. The fact that players can easliy access other casinos and the internet shows the fault cannot be close to their end, but must be at or near the casino server, and is probably a problem with the ISP serving the casino's link into the internet.

I seem to have persistent problems at around 11am to 2pm UK time for casinos whose servers are based at Kahnawake, and this is clearly not "random interference" as they would have us believe, but rather something happens in this time period that causes difficulties in communicating between players and the Kahnawake compound. I have found I cannot access other MG casinos at Kahnawake when this happens, but ones whose servers are elsewhere seem to work fine.

Would iNetBet's server be on the Kahwanake compound by any chance?

Another problem is with South African servers, and affects some European players, particularly those in the UK on many occasions.

It is not possible to diagnose these problems locally as casino servers are not visible to Traceroute and other internet diagnostic tools, so it is hard to locate the weak point, although when I have tried this with MG casinos at Kahnawake, I have managed to get a trace into Canada, so certainly nothing to do with MY end!!

Why is it the casinos have no trouble addressing your situations on a public forum but have a hard time answering in email? I knew inetbet would show up but they couldn't answer me yesterday that was to hard! And BTW, I still think it's funny I get back on and lose right away and the casino came up on screen but never loaded log in information so I couldn't log in and had no error message and I KNOW it was not on my end! This reminds me of the time my dad and I played in Vegas he was on a machine that kept winning finally the casino management came by and shut the machine down calling it malfuctioning after that the machine was on a losing spiral for the next guy my dad was mad told the casino off we watched a few minutes and left.
