Question Am I the only person having trouble depositing at Slotty Vegas

I had closed my account at Slotty Vegas, but when I found they were linked to Betat I reopened the account a few weeks ago. Since reopening the account, I have tried in vain to make a deposit using my registered debit card, but continuously get an error message that it cant connect to payment gateway and the deposit isnt being accepted. I have contacted chat, cleared the cookies as suggested but obviously this hasnt worked. I have emailed support a few times, and they have told me that there processor is looking at the issue im having. They have also told me that I am the only person that has raised this issue. Surely more than one person in the whole wide world is having this problem or am I unique?

Perhaps have someone double check deposit limits, wondering if those are set to zero upon closing an account.
That happened to me once, albeit at a MG casino in the past.
Any successful deposits at all since reopening?

None at all, each time I get the error message, but when I reopened they told me that because of RG rules they had put a £250 monthly deposit limit on the account, which couldnt be changed for 7 days, so this shouldnt be an issue.

You're not the only person.
Just last week I had the same issue. In fact, when I went to the home page there was a message like this at the top (I'll paraphrase):

"We are currently experiencing difficulties with our payment gateway system, we apologise for the inconvenience"

I'll repeat I'm paraphrasing. That's not exactly what it said, but that's the message.

Same problem as the OP a couple of months ago at Betat. CS said use a different card but only had a credit card which i dont use for slotting so closed the account.
