After becoming disappointed in the way virtually all RTGs have been playing for me this past year, I ventured over to Bodog. I said before that I wouldn't play there, but for some reason I decided to give it a go. I know some of the games still run on the old RTG platform, which Bodog has the source code to, supposedly. What immediately grabbed my attention, was how much playing time I got on what I deposited ($150), compared to the other RTG's I have been playing. There was a deposit bonus of 15% applied to this deposit, but I went to live chat and requested the bonus removed. I played for a whole week on that money. I could have withdrawn about $300 total at one point, but I went chasing a couple of random jackpots, which I didn't get.
The following Monday, I logged in and there was a comp in my account of $15, which I ran up to $500 on Witches and Wizards, then decided to go chase some more RJ's. Not their fault, but mine for being willing to take that risk. Oh, well...I'm sure we've all been there.
Today, I sent off an email because I wanted to know specifically what my payout options are, being from the USA. I wasn't sure about accepting a check or Mypaylinq. They have another option called "money transfer" and I wanted more specific information on it. Not even 30 minutes from when I sent my email, I got a phone call from a nice lady, who explained that my future withdrawals could be sent to me by Western Union and I could pick up my money in person at any Western Union location. This was pleasing to my ears. I was very impressed with this prompt customer service too.
So, there are 3 perceptions I have:
1. If I win, I can get paid easily
2. Customer service is great, so far
3. I feel like it's possible to win there, which is a refreshing change
They just sent me a 50% reload code with a 20x playthru and it has no max and from what I see, it does not say non cashable.
Am I crazy, or is this a very good casino? How fast do they pay?
