Am I being a muppet here?

2 weeks to RESPOND is disgraceful, even more so from a "corporate entity".

The larger the company is, the more people they should have with the ability to at least respond to a claim such as this.

I appreciate that it will take some form of separating the wheat from the chaff in instances of "YOUR GAME IS CHEATING ME" etc claims, but this seems a perfectly reasonable, perfectly calm enquiry put forward in the right manner which they have just brushed off.

I don't buy the argument that just because they didn't create the game that there is no blame attached either, this is why we have the issues we have because casinos can just bring in any old rubbish from as many suppliers as they see fit, not test it and then get away with easily brushing aside any matters that arise from these games There should still be some personal level of responsibility if you are hosting a game on your own site.

They have been waiting for feedback from the developer (Amaya). It just came in:

While playing in the bonus round, the bonus does not pay 243 ways. This is because the wild reel is counted at 1 symbol and not 3. After reviewing the matter with the game provider, additional text has been added to the pay table to reinforce this point. This new text indicates:

"During Free Spins, expanding wild can randomly appear on up to 3 reels, on reels 2,3,4 and/or 5. The expanding wilds convert the reel into single wild symbol (not 3 stacked wilds)."

Still no explanation as to why they have stacked wilds if they don't work though. I think as was pointed out earlier, a warning thread is in order because that is clearly a deceptive design.

EDIT: This thread is now closed. The discussion is continued here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/blackbeards-gold-slot-amaya-abnormal-design.61831/
