OK so I'm a UK player who has no passport, drivers licence or CitizenCard.

Recently I got a letter from my bank who informed me that my Maestro card will expire on February 25th.
And from that date onwards, I will have to start using (if I haven't already) my Debit Mastercard that is replacing my Maestro card. Note: both these cards are linked to the same bank account. And (for the record), I already have started using the new Debit Mastercard.

I used both the old and about to expire Maestro card and also the new Debit Mastercard to make deposits at the following casinos...

32Red Group
Casino Rewards Group
Spin Casino

32Red Group isn't a problem. They process withdrawals back to my Debit Mastercard.
Spin Casino isn't a problem. They told me they cannot process withdrawals to my Debit Mastercard, but they CAN process withdrawals
using DBT (Direct Bank Transfer). Crucially, there is no fee for this.

Casino Rewards however is where the problem lies. They can't pay withdrawals back to my Debit Mastercard (I tried a couple of times only to be
told by e-mail - from someone in their payments team - that they could not process the withdrawals due to "an invalid bin number").
However, because my Maestro card had not yet expired (and because it is linked to the same bank account as the Debit Mastercard),
there was a workaround. I would request payment to the Maestro card instead. And the payments would be processed. Don't ask me why/how this worked out, because frankly, I haven't got a clue. All I know is, I got paid each and every time.

But come 25th February, that workaround will no longer be an option. Because of this, I have actually not deposited at any Casino Rewards
casino since February 13th. And it may be some time before I make my next deposit. Reasons why? Well...when it comes to processing withdrawals
from Casino Rewards, the next "most viable" alternatives I currently have available to me would be by Cheque or by DBT.

However, payment by cheque comes with a £15 fee. And payment by DBT comes with a £30 free. Neither of these options are in any way
appealing or attractive to me, particularly DBT as I think the minimum withdrawal amount has to be for £300. And then they immediately take a
10% cut of that. For a low roller, I find this option to be unappealing bordering on unpalatable.

So payment to card, cheque and DBT are now of no use to me. Which leaves Neteller, Skrill, EntroPay Card, ClickAndBuy, Paypal as the only options
available (according to the drop down menu on Casino Rewards banking page).

However, because of my lack of photographic ID, I would anticipate problems when it comes to getting an account fully verified, were I to
create an account at Neteller or any of the other e-wallet sites.

So with all that in mind, I now seek your advice. What are my alternatives? Do I even have one? Will I have to stop playing at Casino Rewards?
Or will I just have to suck up a £15 fee for payment by cheque every time I make a withdrawal?

Any advice, as always, is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

The Neteller option is a lot more straight forward than you think, as above you will not need photographic evidence to open an account.

From what I remember, The only thing you will need to provide neteller would be your Iban number to transfer all your winnings back to your bank account. Or get the neteller card and withdraw straight from this.
There is a fee of 1.9% to transfer money to your neteller account.

Also the casino will probably ask for a screen grab of you logged into your neteller account.

The main issue would be the lack of documents for passing "security". This means that sticking with casinos that are already happy with what you have provided is wise. A VISA debit card would probably solve the withdrawal issue, but this would require opening another account with another bank that provides VISA debit rather than MasterCard debit. If you are on the electoral roll, and haven't moved within the last 3 years, the bank will probably not ask you to show ID at a branch in order to open an account.

KEEP the expired cards as there is always a chance that you will be asked to send in scanned back & front at a future date.

Neteller CAN ask for photo ID to be sent in, so this may not be as easy as one thinks. However, they also use the tied bank account for verification. They send a small amount of money (pennies) to it, and the customer has to check their bank statement and say exactly how many pence were credited. This produces a "verified" Neteller account, and you can get the Net+ card. Withdrawing cash via ATM using this costs a fee, but it can be used as a purchase card for free, so there is a way of utilising winnings without paying any fees. Neteller can also be funded for free using a bank transfer rather than a card.

If you tell Casino Rewards about the situation, and explain that you stopped playing because you didn't yet have a working solution for it, they may come up with one themselves rather than lose a customer.

skrill

skrill is good and they don't want documents unless you want a massive limit i switched from ecocard im saving heaps on transactions as i had credit card issues to i cash upload from my bank and cash back to it as-well

Skrill didn't ask me photo ID until I qualified for and asked my account to be upgraded to VIP, after this last step of verification they removed all limits, but in principle they may ask for further identification at any moment, according to their policies, and there seems to be some forum threads found in Internet of people complaining how Skrill/Moneybookers suddenly send them e-mail asking for photo ID and utility bill.

Maybe this will help your explorations. For each payment method available for UK players I pulled the count of UK-friendly casinos accepting this method. I am leaving the credit cards in the list as the benchmark counts. Also I removed those payment methods accepted in 10 casinos or less.
