    i was survey RTG casino and i choose on this allstarslot casino to play,i just deposit 15usd and free 17usd welcome bonus from livechat prefer...
    after few hours i winning about 500usd and also done my30x wagering,then next day i ask from withdraw i really felt stupid and doesnt make sence (withdraw form need to print it out and sign after that fax or scan it to email support center)
    what the ?!!! is it neccesary for this stupid act???my id,my utility bill, and withdrawn form sign or not sign i think is doesnt matter with paid or not paid....and also one more t&c when casino department calling phone no. to you,once u not answer it casino can void your bonus and winning! <<<this really funny....hello i live in malaysia +8GMT when yours working hours, my time is midnight,how to answer it if i sleeping???
    really disapointed with this high mark casino,when i asking for verify documents before playing with them,they told me verify is just easy when you gotta withdraw just in oneday to verify,then after it, ewallet in insatant payout!!!never trust this bluff anymore
    then i pm clubworld manager in casinomeister he never reply me and ignore me...
    never mind...i so bored with this excuse and pattern anymore, maybe iss my country (malaysia) all casino look my country then excuse,pattern,what what what i played long time on online casino and i never get my winnings!!!this is true,not my losing problem is too much rigged rougue casino!.......next time sure i verify my documents then play......

    Other than the "void winnings" if you don't answer your phone, this is standard practice for any casino when you make your first withdrawal.

    And seriously, I've never heard of a casino voiding winnings because they couldn't phone someone, and I'd doubt they'd start. You're talking about an upstanding group of casinos, which is the Club World group. They're not trying to give you the shaft. Once you send in your documents and they verify everything, you'll have your winnings paid out in a timely fashion...the same goes for future withdrawals (Which is around 2 days for most places)

    Documents veryfications is standard procedure in all casinos when player make first withdrawal - So you need just send it all.

    About problem with contact you - Just send them email when they can phone to you ( time ) or speak with them in live chat and ask to contact with some good time for you - to finish phone veryfications.

    i really cant understand why need HAND SIGN on withdraw form???? if using pdf sign tools also cannot, just accept hand sign !!!! when i get this,my mind just appear one more rigged casino~!!! generaal terms is never got this!!! maybe11/7/15 new terms!!!
    is ok...i no wonder bollywood with them,i using my winning funds to losing all already!!!:lolup::lolup::lolup:
    actually i am big fans of RTG software,but in this 2 years i never get paid on RTG casino!!!!almost 90% RTG casino i played:(

    It's not only at RTG casinos.....This practice has been in place at every casino I've played at in over a decade....

    And bad choice to play back your winnings......they would have paid you had you simply followed their procedures....which is no reason to say "I never got paid..."

    To put it into perspective: with photoshop and other editing tools out there, it would be nothing for a scammer to take a signature from a scanned ID and use it in these digital "signing tools".....So, as to combat fraud, they're having players hand sign these documents in order to compare it with the signature on the ID provided them, in order to make sure the player is who they say they are.

    Most sites require document verification so that they know you're who you say you are. You're best just sending that to stop any issues occurring. To deal with phone verification, you're better just contacting them via phone.
