:machinegu :axeman2: : I have been trying to get Allslots to pay my $2400 winnings since 03/04/07 .I have had several emails from them. It started with them telling me they would pay me in 7 working days, then it was 21 days , then it was 21 days +5 working days.As time went on I was told the bank has confiscated the money.3 weeks ago I was tol the check was in the mail. Last week David told me it will be 2-3 weeks .Yesterday I was told they will send a chec in 2-3 weeks HElP!! This has cured me of wanting to play in the casinos.There has been so many lies that they cant keep them straight.If they cant pay their us players dont take the deposit and say so , they need to stop the lies.I guess pitc a bitch will be next.Any suggestions??? EVA
 
It's a common complaint these days, and it's not just Allslots/Jackpot Factory. Many of the most reputable MG casinos are having problems paying their US customers. Even Bodog (RTG) who have always been known for lightning fast payouts are experiencing delays in the last couple of weeks. It's been said numerous times by many different people, if you're not willing to wait (in some cases) months for your winnings, don't play...period.

That's not to say that I don't sympathize with you, because I do. And I agree that the casinos shouldn't accept deposits if they can't payout in a timely fashion. But keep in mind that the climate is changing on a daily basis. A payment option or processor that may be available one day, may not be available the next. It's a rotten situation for all involved.

You could PAB, not sure if it's worth your while or not. You've already been in touch with the rep which is probably just as good as anything. Best of luck.
 
Truthful

Casinos just need to be more open about the problems they are facing, and above all should NOT lie to a player to buy time. Scaring the sh1t out of them by claiming the bank confiscated the money was the worst possible move, as this could be interpreted as "you cannot ever be paid".

If it looks like it's going to take an average of 2 to 3 months to pay then SAY SO, and at the time of deposit - players can then deposit with the full expectation that they are unlikely to get any winnings paid quickly.

On the promotional side, US players should be offered promotions for leaving money on deposit in their casino account, as currently only new deposits are rewarded this way, and it is near impossible for US players to move their gambling funds around freely to take the full advantage of what is offered.

Take the example of All Slots, where VIP players are granted 15% up to $300 each Tuesday for new deposits. They could introduce a version for US players where they are given this bonus (if they are VIPs) for making a token withdrawal and reversing it, or having it paid into another of their Jackpot Factory accounts. This will enable US players to take up all the promotions that are generally available. It still doesn't help where they want to withdraw from one group to play on a promotion or tournament at another casinos group, but maybe Microgaming could come up with a way of enabling players to move funds from one MG casino to any other without the need to withdraw through conventional eWallet and banking systems. There will be increased opportunity for fraud, so such a system should not be rushed into until possible weaknesses have been investigated and plugged. (Such as using a stolen card at one MG, and quickly passing the money through several others in order to make it hard to trace back to the original fraud).
 
:sniper: I am aVIP Player but I usually play at Allslots.They were a very nice casino.They sent me a credit card for $150 to Red lobster, It was just a nice casino.Then when it was time for withdrawls the lies started .I tried to withdraw the money 4th of March ,We are pushing 2 months nowI was made so many promises and they always thanked me for my patience. ARE YOU KIDDING I have NO PATIENCE left.I spoke to one lady over there and she said she gave me her word that I would have the money on April 5 in my bank.Then they tell me check is in the mail and so on If they want to pay me I can take cash.they can get cashiers checks There are ways if they want toMy bank said they can deposit straight in to my bank account.They need to tell players before they deposit that they cant pay you,This is very dishonest the way they are doing it Their reputation is going down the tubes will call every one that I refered to then to stop playing there.They will loose more than the $2400 they owe me:gunmen:
 
NO PAYMENT

Well today is friday and no payment.I did call them as they asked me to do if I didnt receive the money today.I spoke to Beter at Allsolts a while ago and he tells me the new processor has frozen the money too. He has no clue when we are getting paid.Funny how the truth goes a long ways. I am not even angry today.It was the lies that got to me. Just dont thank me for my patience which he didnt do.
 
Anything that has the name "Jackpot Factory" attached to it has problems. I've been waiting since February too and also was told "your check was mailed April 12th"...I wanted to say "from where...Mars?". But like a good little person I didn't. I've gotten two checks in between from Grand Prive and Casino Rewards and they were cashed two weeks ago so if they can figure out how to do why can't these people? Or figure out how to transfer it to EcoCard or another ewallet. :sniper:
 
JACKPOTFACTORY PROCESSOR

You are right Jackpotfactory should not be having these problems. I think it is them, not the processor.

Grandprive obviously uses the same processor because their checks are from the same bank account as Jackpotfactory, (same guy signed it, etc.)

I got my check from them ages ago and I cashed-in on Feb 27. During the time when they were having processor problems.

So you have a true complaint and I would call them every day and send them emails everyday.
 
We all know the only way to deposit and withdraw. It might not last, but it probably will.
 
Well, as of this morning, I received an email that said the funds are "frozen" again and they are trying to figure out who has been paid and who hasn't. That really instills a lot of confidence:confused: At this point I'll battle this upon principle alone forget the money!
 
Eco works very smoothly (I prefer not to mention it in open forum, but it has been brought up a lot, so one more won't hurt I guess) :)
 
Not to be beating a dead horse...but has anyone received the email about the "frozen funds" again from the Jackpot Factory? If the funds are frozen to pay for the withdrawals back in February and the first part of March by their "processor" then wouldn't all withdrawals be held up? Which would mean if you deposit with them you will never receive your money...or it will take 3-6 months? Or am I missing something here?:confused:
 
One of you needs to contact the jackpot factory representative on here and ask him to reply in this forum thread. the guy obvioulsy doesnt check casinomesister that often or hed have realised that kacjpot factorys reputation here is starting to take a bit of a beating!
 
I'll pick up on what lojo said. Have the people with these problems considered asking for payment via Ecocard? I know I would. (Actually, I'd first ask for Click2pay payment, but that's not an option for all US players.)
 
I should have included this earlier....yes, I did ask for an EcoCard withdrawal (they couldn't or wouldn't do it), said the money was at the bank. Click2Pay would have been fine too as I have an account that was opened the day before they shut down to U.S. players. Then I could have transferred the money to another casino, etc.,etc. Again, I think they have issues and are using a stall tactic. And, I'll just go with my previous:sniper: at this point!
 
My winnings were from February they put my winnings back into my casino account on April 5 and gave me choices on how i could make a withdrawal. I will include the email in this post. I then have been told every week that the check is in the mail and would be here my the latest May 4. When it didnt arrive i called again and thats when they told me the funds were frozen because the bank found out it was gambling money. I have an appointment with an attorney on friday this just isnt fair its just down right dirty. Now as you see below they said i could withdrawal my funds into a click2pay or Eco card and that is what they even preferred me to do but they wouldnt let me put it into my eco card account.

goodie2shoes.....that is the same thing that happened to me...February withdrawal, April 5th they said back in to my account, use another withdrawal method, did that, then another email, they couldn't do that, then "the check is in the mail", the check was mailed April 12th and I should have it by now. Last week the other email with the "frozen bank account again", sorry, it'll take another week to figure it out and thanks for your patience, oh and our support is here to help you 24/7. 24/7 for what? They really are normally very pleasant but are clueless otherwise. I would rate this group right up there with the "best of the worst".:lolup:
 
I know exactly what your saying. When they say they know the frustration this has caused and they appreciate my patience i could just pull my hair out they don't know or care what this has caused. What gets me is if they don't have the funds then just be truthful but when I'm looking in my mail box every day and there is nothing there that gets my blood boiling. Then each and every Thursday i get the promotion email if i deposit 100.00 i will get such and such cash back or whatever promotion they have they have no problem getting that to me. I'm to the point that who ever owns this Establishment then they can pay me out of there pocket and when the so called bank releases the so called frozen funds they can get paid back. I have a very good friend thats owns her own investigating company and i called her yesterday and asked her what i can do and she said she was going to look into it for me she didn't know who would be better for me to get a hold of either Internet law or international. I have never sat and let anyone walk all over me like i feel these people have.

IT DOES NOT TAKE 21 DAYS TO RECEIVE A CHECK

Not one time in the last month has it taken a check 21 days to reach me. I have received them all within 7 days of the date printed on the check.

Jackpot Factory uses the same processor as the casinos that paid me these checks, in fact one of them was from Jackpot Factory.

Bellerock just tried to pull this one on me. Read my post they said since it had been over 21 days they were going to pay me via C2P instead. I received the payment to c2p the next day. The 21 day period really means(although they all deny it) that it can take up to 21 days for your check to be sent.

Once mailed it takes the normal mail time

As I have stated numerous times before - all outstanding payments to players will get paid. I can not promise as to exactly when this issue will be resolved but our financial department had told me it should be in the near future. Ive been following the recent banking issues and have been glued to the threads on this forum. Id like to comment to each and every one of you (Ive read all the posts), but I thought it would be a best to write a general comment and address the concerns brought up by members of this forum and explain what has been going on at the Jackpot Factory lately.

During the past week, our financial department received notification from our processor that money that was thought to be withdrawn and released to our players during the month of February, was in fact, tied up in a bank, after the bank discovered that they were dealing with online gambling funds. I sent an email to Jackpot factory yesterday telling them I opened an account at Eco card .I was told this was the only way to get my withdrawl out They need to pay me what they owe and then they can sit and wait for the frozen funds,Well this was there reply. Hi Eva,

Just read your post. As you know my Feb. money was redeposited on May 25th I cashed out and still no funds. I emailed them yesterday and got a email back that said since this is Feb. money they don't know when this will be here. I tried to explain to her that this is no longer feb. money it was cashed out in May. And since they are not having anymore problems then I should be ok. So then I called and talked to Jim. He was very nice and very convincing that I would have my money within the next week which will be 21 business days. Like I believe anything those idiots have to say. And I am sick of hearing what a great casino group JF is from Mr. Brickman who is a "man of his word". Just want to know where the hell the money is. eCogra here I come.
 
WHY AREN'T THEY PROCESSING YOUR MONEY TO ECO CARD

If the money was unfrozen, why can't they process your payment to eco card now!

They know you haven't been issued a check, and even if you had they could void it/stop payment .

They hired the Processor, the fact the funds were frozen has nothing to do with the player, if they want to continue to make money via u.s. players they are the ones who will have to conform to the "current environment".

There is no way the processor did not keep a record of the players that had been issued checks. And what about those checks, if the funds the checks were drawn on were frozen, the checks issued would not be honored anyway.

REGARDLESS, their problems are their problems.

They are running a business and cannot expect their customers to make concessions.

When the 21 days were up, they should have paid you via another method. PERIOD

Umm, thanks for the negative rep points on this Jerry Lee. What is 'cloak and dagger' supposed to mean in the comment? If you would have read two more posts you would have seen it explained... but I guess you were in a hurry to dis me? It'sa ll good, I just don't get it.

Just received an email from Terri at All Jackpots. I just wish I could figure out which email of mine it was in response TO. No matter. Here's what she said:
