Support Complaint AllSlots Bonus

Hi!
Last Friday i had an email offer from allslots:
3 x 100% Match Bonuses up to a total of $/€1500

Today i was in chat and i've asking for the bonus if the bonus is valid.
I must send the email to allslots back and the CSA told me, that she can give me the bonus manually.
AFTER my deposit she told me that the bonus isn't valid for me! I can't have the bonus!

Without asking she took a 50% Bonus on the top. I've said: "Put the Bonus away ... instant!"
After this i have make a withdrawal without playing and i was very angry.
Now my withdrawal is min. 24 hours in pending :-(


The CSA told me that i have a wrong Username in the email. That was the way that i can't have the 100%Bonus. But i have never given this Username there (My complete name), my username is only a nickname.
On my withdrawal email i can see the correct nickname for my account.

What is wrong there?
I think the CSA would like kidding me: Every 2 minutes she had asking: "Can i help you with another question?" ... 3-5 times ... but i wasn't ready with my questions. Again and again: "Can i help you with another question?"
This is not a customer-friendly servive there!

Now i must wait for my deposit back and the group has lost me as a customer!


Had anybody a same problem there?
 
Now i had an offer via email from another CSA for a 75% Bonus, if i cancel my withdrawal.

Creepy!
