The other night I requested a withdrawal at All Star Slots using the credit card withdrawal option. When I clicked on that option my credit card was crossed out. Then I requested a courier check which I have never done before but figured there's always a first. All Star Slots got in touch with me and said since my bank is credit union they would not cash the check. I wrote them back and asked about my credit card being crossed out. This was their reply.....
Hello Barbara,
I hope you are well.
I am sorry to hear of your frustration. As we do use different processors for both deposits and withdrawals you may find that you will not encounter any issues in depositing however to withdraw to the same card may not be an options and this will be greyed out or have a strike through it in the cashiers.
The reason it will appear this way is another one of our players has encountered an issue in not receiving their funds there for it then is not compatible as we do not want you to experience the same issue.
This is also the case with the courier checks, we cannot issue the check to a credit union as they will not cash the check for you.
Do you have another personal account in which you have a card for to deposit with in the casino so you can request the funds to this card or another ban account in which is not a credit union?
I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and upset this has caused. I will do my best to help you receive your funds.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,
Emma

I have deposited and withdrew at other World Club Casinos before using the same card for both deposits and withdrawal. I have 2 bank accounts and both are credit unions. I only have one credit card that works for casinos. So I am fucked. I wrote them back and asking if this was a new policy not being able to use the same card for deposits and withdrawals and it this was across the board for all World Club Casinos. Waiting for their answer.
I had a nice win Aladdins Gold last month and used the same card for depositing and withdrawing. Has anyone else run into this issue?
