All British casino withdrawal and verification issues

Hi 3 days ago I won £500 on all British casino, I uploaded my verification items, and there was an issue with the IBAN, but it perfectly matched my sort code, we eventually established the sort code is part of the IBAN code, they then gave me another time frame of 24-48 hours as now they had the correct documents it now needed to go to a different team, that 48 hours will be finished in approx 5 hours time and I've still heard nothing, I've sent all the documents they requested I'm worried they aren't going to pay out I suffer anxiety and it's really worrying me thanks for reading

Please don't be rude I've already said I suffer with bad anxiety I was just asking advise
