I tried a few times during the week to do better but balance drained quickly, stuck £20 or £30 in a couple of days back, and think my best win was 3x stake and lost the lot in about 10 mins at min stake

Probably won't be playing this week, well not till the weekend if I do, got to finish my Christmas shopping off so not wanting to spend anything till thats done so good luck everyone taking part

Maybe I was brought up a little OTT (but don't think so) but the part which got my goat the other day (can't say it about today's post yet, gotta give em chance lol) is the total blank, comes across as rude, regardless of the topic or whether they agree or not.

Just a little 'thanks but no thanks' would suffice. I ain't looking for no sunshine blown up my ass either just as I say a tiny acknowledgement, especially as I blew nothing but sunshine up their ass in their early days!!!

Apologies for not coming back to you sooner, I thought I had responded to your previous post on the week 2 thread, but alas I didn't.

Please note that we always appreciate your (and others) feedback on our casino. We do take them into consideration when we look to make improvements to our casino.

Firstly, I am not sure why you have stopped receiving promotional emails, I will have that looked into and advise accordingly.

You mentioned in a previous post about not including bonus play into the competition. Please note that if you took a reload (or welcome bonus) any play done with real funds will contribute, only once to dip into the bonus funds, is when play will stop beign eligible. The reason for this is that some players don't like bonuses on their account (and in well documented chases, can't get bonuses), so they would be at a disadvantage. Saying no bonuses, keeps things on a level playing field. However we will consider your feedback for future promotions.

With regards to a point you made about offering different bonuses, this is tricky from a technical point of view. Also we like the fact our bonus terms don't 'tie in' your real funds. This is something that we offer as a USP, we are proud of this, and believe we have some of the most favourable bonus terms in the industry. Something I think many people pick up on, but we will keep offering or bonuses this way.

Apologies for not responding previously, and being a bit late. We have always appreciated your feedback and really like it when you do sing our praises, that's great. We hope you do return to us one day and see much more luck with your game play. Please note it is not meant to be rude, and I want to give you a proper measured response rather than quickly replying, sometime as I am busy, this doesn't get done immediately.

Thanks for taking the time to provide a detailed response, it is also appreciated my end.

I may well return one day and there is a real simple explanation why I stopped, Happy I can sing your praises as a none active player, says a lot of good things about your setup

I have a very controlled and limited playing budget so with this in mind I am always 'shopping around' for the best 'deal of the day' hence it tends to be one of your competitors which sees most of my weekly allowance.

Do not see this as a bad thing please, the 'Big Guns' out there are in a stronger position to offer me better / more regular bonus offers and I'm sure that before much longer ABC and associated brands will be joining this 'gang'.

A big factor which also helps me to 'spread the love' as far as my deposits go is winning! - This gives me a bigger playing pot and it is when this is 'fat' you see me venture into casinos I spend less time at and as a break from the norm.

Winning of late has been a virtual impossibility but I'm sure when I turn this around you will see me taking part in future CM related promotions as well as offers sent when we get the e-mail problem sorted

While i do usually play with bonuses, i was unaware until literally my last deposit at ABC (upon after depositing - finding out i was bonus banned) that you could actually withdraw before using the bonus funds. All previous deposits i had played out on the assumption i had to meet wagering requirements, and would have played out the wagering had i hit something huge with that assumption (unlike me, i usually read all the fine print, but you are right, you do offer a good system) I only came across this ''more favourable term'' by reading this forum recently, only then realizing this was not the case, i just assumed it was tied into the deposit.
I don't make big deposits, and when i noticed you offered an 100% a few weeks back, after reading here that the deposit is actually not tied into the bonus, i asked live chat to confirm, and your CS agent was very helpful and confirmed that this was indeed the case. However i did not take that 100% bonus.
The deposit was £25 minimum, and while i ached and pained over spending the minimum deposit of which at the time i could barely afford, i decided to deposit a less amount elsewhere with so as not to spend more than i could then afford.
It was the next deposit, where i attempted to take a 50% bonus on a smaller deposit of which only after depositing i was to find out i was bonus banned.
I know i had to contact live chat on a sunday on many occasions previous to that, because the free spins for weekly deposits were not added to my account on most occasions on the sunday, which made me feel like an idiot after the 4th time, as if i was scrounging for something. And then contacting CS the other week just recently in order to confirm what i only just recently realized, on exactly how your bonus system works.
I did feel like i was pestering CS asking for freespins on the sundays often, because they were never credited, and then pestering cs again about the bonus terms. I could understand how pestering would get me bonus banned, but then the free spins should have been added each sunday. I hate asking for something that was on offer to everyone but not credited to me, especially 5x or so.

But i was not one of the many people who picked up on this great bonus system you offer, although yes i did make a comment here about being bonus banned, in a light hearted way - simply because it was my last tenner that day and i wasn't seeing any money for a few days afterwards and was unable to withdraw it according to your 1x deposit rule ( fair enough, despite i deposited on assumption i would receive it ) and the fact that in order to withdraw my deposit which was made on false hope, i would have to wager it once and then double it to £20 in order to make the minimum withdrawal. I just wanted to point that out.
Still, i think you are a great outfit and just felt that after reading that particular statement which i qouted above in regards to ''many people picking up on it'', i wanted to point out i did not pick up on that at all, all the deposits i made were made before i asked your CS if your (indeed, very good) bonus terms were as accurate as to what people had wrote recently here in regards to the option of withdrawing before using the bonus, as i was one of the few people on this particular site who in quick succession mentioned that we have been bonus banned recently, and tbh it did feel like a slight dig at people who commented here, such as myself, despite the word 'many' implying a lot of people.
