If they are do they still do the PAB for that particular casino.

If the casino is accredited then yes, there has to be an active rep on call as part of the accreditation criteria. They must also participate and cooperate in the PAB service.

Does that not mean there is a huge conflict of interests. Surely player arbitration must be done by someone totally unconnected financialy.

It is - the PAB process is handled by a trusted indentured servant who is not an affiliate, but an employee. A professional, paid by the business and neutral. He has retrieved huge amounts for players over the years, hundreds of thousands last time I looked, likely far more now, from casinos both accredited, grey and non-accredited.

With my experience, PAB service is very objective and fair for both, casino and player. Player can claim complaint, Max will review it and forward it to casino to get their opinion and where everything decision is based for and then Max and team with years of experience give neutral 3rd party opinion, it can support players view or casinos based on provided facts from both sides, i believe without having all complaint history from CM, that opinion really is fair and take an account what is reasonable or not. If casinos decision is unreasonable like some very irrelevant term is accidentally missed by player but in the end, it haven't been effecting at all to ie. winnings what player got etc.. CM can suggest to casino that with well argumented opinion which would be reasonable in their opinion.

I have none to zero feeling that PAB service would be effected anyhow if casino is affiliated with CM and accredited but we have seen that casinos who are unreasonable with their decision and using all possible loopholes not to pay players, get named here and can find themselves not to be accrediated but in Rogue pit. CM has within years been helping many many players and if casino really is not willing to be fair, they are not willing to be in CM accredited casino either.

Very important addition to end, this was just my personal view how i complaints are dealt here, i can be wrong in somewhere but wanted to post you my 2 cents from person who is not anyhow connected to CM but active member. I really can't see Bryan to run so badly out of beer that would need to have single affiliate contract to any casino they find is threating players with unfair practices and finding irrelevant rogue T&C:s not to pay players. PAB is also free process, no any cost attached and here to help players and have solved many complaints. Sometimes can be that casino ie. have made their decision bit too fast with not enough prober review of the particular case and they are happy to stand corrected and find fair outcome.

Only wrote how i feel based in these complaints been here for people to see. Would find it extremely strange if CM would change their direction and partner with all casinos they been throwing to Rogue Pit in years.

The fairness of the PAB process is protected in three important ways:
  • (to repeat what Dunover said) I'm the PAB guy and I work on contract, as disconnected from the affiliate income as possible.
  • Casinomeister is not beholden to any one casino or group of casinos because it has income from many casinos. No casino is in a position to influence the PAB process. If they tried they'd be down-graded accordingly.
  • our rulings are non-binding. If some casino doesn't like our ruling on a case and refuses to comply they are fully free to do so. But if they have been unable to support their position with compelling evidence then our decision against them will stand. If they are seriously in the wrong that may well affect their Accreditation, casino rating here on the site, etc.
Per the EU regulations for Alternate Dispute Resolution providers points one and two above are necessary and sufficient to satisfy the fair and impartial requirements.

Of course all of that would be a lot of blah blah blah if it wasn't for our proven record as a fair and unbiased arbitrator. You're saying the possibility exists for us to be influenced by the casinos, I'm saying we've got almost 20 years of PABs on record -- that's several thousand cases and several millions returned to players -- to show we are not.

Use Google, find out for yourself what we have done over the years, then make your decision.

Also noted your earlier questions:
Is Casinomeister an affiliate for all the credited casino? Does anyone know?

AFAIK there is not necessarily a direct relationship between being Accredited and Casinomeister being an affiliate of that casino. In particular:
  • an Accredited casino isn't required to have Casinomeister as an affiliate.
  • having Casinomeister as an affiliate does not grant Accredited status.
That said there is obviously an advantage to both parties to cooperate -- Casinomeister obviously approves of their operation -- so yes, many Accredited casinos have Casinomeister as an affiliate.

If they are do they still do the PAB for that particular casino.

I'm on contract to handle PABs per the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . So yes, that includes Accredited casinos. In fact my standing policy is to fast-track PABs against Accredited casinos whenever possible for two reasons:
  • players have typically gone to that casino on Casinomeister's recommendation. Given that they deserve the best possible service from Casinomeister in any problem they have with that casino. It's not always perfect but overall it's a very satisfactory approach for all parties.
  • if there is a problem at an Accredited casino I want to know about it ASAP. That allows me to keep Casinomeister as up-to-date as possible with the performance of Accredited casinos and their handling of player issues
Finally, I see that you have two accounts on the forum. I'll merge those now.
