Hi everyone, new to this site thanks for having me on here, hope you are all having a good day. I have a niggling doubt at the back of my mind about Betway Casino, I'm hoping it will be O.K. but ........................ Here's the story I deposited £K2 yesterday and I DID NOT TAKE UP ANY BONUS'S OFFERED, I then played roulette with my own deposits mainly £20.00 betting on numerous numbers and after a couple of hours decided to withdraw £K7 leaving £50.00 in the account. A good win yes, if and when they pay out. I accept they needed proof of id and address duly supplied and duly recognised by them, but ............. they have a 48 hour cooling off period, way too long, so the chat team tell me the banking department won't look at the withdrawal until Monday. Will it be released on Monday ????????? and more importantly I read somewhere they don't pay out more than £K4 to a winner in any one week !!!!!!!!!! Has anyone had experience of this? and as seasoned casino players when do you really think I will receive my winnings. Are they a on-line casino that drags things out or is there a chance I might have my funds by Wednesday?.

So don't worry. As long as you had no bonus and gave genuine correct details you'll be OK. The only thing stopping you from spending a 5k profit is your own self-discipline regarding reversing the withdrawal. I wouldn't even play the 50, as it may tempt you to reverse when it gets lost. You can always go on live chat and see if they'll 'flush' for you - that means it goes off the reversible status and you're then safe from temptation, but still takes the same time to get back to your deposit method.
If they only pay 4k a week, more self-discipline is required. It's in your hands mate!

You should get paid the whole lot in one go no problem and don't worry about being told it wont get processed to Monday as several casinos have a few days pending before processing.

The 4k a week is only if your withdrawal is 5x more than lifetime deposits, so since you deposited 2k and withdrew 7k it wont affect you.

One thing tho if you aren't to sure of a casino £2,000 is a lot to deposit then worry. Worked out okay this time but id recommend asking all the questions before the deposit next time. Better to be safe than sorry.

As others have said - don't worry.
They are reputable, accredited and wont "drag out" your payment any longer than is necessary for a first withdrawal.
Once your account is verified, any subsequent withdrawals should be paid MUCH faster.

Congratulations on your great win - and welcome to the forum!

If you feel that money tempting you close your computer. Unplug it! Go smell the roses, go shopping, read a book. Distract yourself till Monday. If need be have someone in your house change password and not give you that password until Monday. Then after money in hand enjoy yourself with something nice and buy the person that changed your computer password a nice dinner.

    Thank-you

Thanks to everyone for their positive input over my concerns on waiting for my withdrawal from Betway. I will keep you posted on the outcome next week, and a note - I wont be reversing the winnings back into my account !!.

hmmmmmm.....so strange nobody picked up on the whole jist of it....deposit 2k and worry about 5k profit? if I ever ever made a deposit of 2k I would not even worry about a win of 7k, I would be looking for that buzz of hitting 50k at least. makes no sense to put up so much to hit and cash out so little. just saying 2k deposit is not far off 7k in any manner.;)

Sometimes I may agree, but (regardless of the physical value) the withdrawal is still 3.5x what was deposited. Winning is way more enjoyable than losing, so I say well done op for the win. (I appreciate your comments may have been slightly tongue-in-cheek, but perhaps if you viewed the win of "so little" in a more positive light, your alias would be different?! ;) ).

Op - As others have said, stick to the disciplined mind-set that took you to the cashout button... It may take a couple of days longer than expected to get your money, but at least you've now got a good reason to look forward to the wrong end of the weekend!

Welcome to the forum. What surprises me is you dared to deposit 2K at a casino you have a niggling doubt on. As others have said you should be ok but don't deposit such a large chunk before checking on this site's list of accredited casinos first. Better still, avoid depositing even 10 bucks at any of the casinos on the rogue list. Count yourself lucky this time.

Remember the OP was playing Roulette - not slots.
To multiply your deposit by x2.5 on a game where the absolute maximum win is bet x35 is no mean feat :notworthy

Money on its way mmmmmmmmm ?

Thanks for asking, my 48 hour cooling period finished at Friday 18.00 hours, Betway don't process transactions over the weekend - well winning ones anyway !! So I viewed my account to-day and to my astonishment in my transaction history, the withdrawal was completely gone all £K7. Straight onto the live chat which is very prompt I must say, and they say as they have all day (system glich-service provider working on a fix mmmmmm) I was sceptical as one always is when making your first and to me such a large withdrawal. However after much live-chat, I managed to get an e-mail from them stating (We are happy to confirm that your withdrawal of £7000.00 has successfully been submitted for payment to your account ending in xxxx xxxx on 15/09/2014.) So I guess I have to wait to see if the funds come back in the next 2/3/4 days, I mean they would hardly lie and put an e-mail out saying the withdrawal has been processed when it hasn't. What you all think ? It's just so odd I cannot see my withdrawal in my transaction history, bit of a co-incidence the same day I draw £K7 the 'withdrawal visibility' goes down on the web-site. Anyone's thoughts, am I being a tad under-trusting ?

Thin you can take it as the moneys on its way. Never bet there but I know coral can be the same. Ive withdrew several times to neteller and the money disappears from reversible once it goes to payments. Yet when I check I can find no trace of it at all till its actually been sent to my neteller. I have contacted live chat several times to find out why I cant see withdrawal since I haven't received it.

    Concerned a tad

Thanks Paul for your reply yesterday. Still a bit concerned to-day, I am still unable to view my withdrawal transaction in my transaction history, this was making me feel they hadn't processed the withdrawal. Don't want to PAB on the newbie forum, so I will be accurate and fair for now in my observations. Spoke firstly this morning about the processing of the withdrawal and the wording of their 'live chat and e-mail's' worried me a little, (it has been released to your visa account ending in **** **** to our payments department.) slightly off putting. Anyway I thought about this and decided to 'live chat' again, the same person who e-mail me yesterday 'saying your withdrawal of ...... has successfully been submitted for payment to your account', states (when I pinned him on the point) that the withdrawal was released today (16/9/14) at 09.26.02 NOT YESTERDAY HOW COULD YOU GET THIS WRONG !!. I had this information repeated to me twice.. I feel like I am having to jump hoops to get my withdrawal back. If Betway want to be considered a top casino/sports bookmaker they need to treat people fairly. I just hope they will pay me in the end. Anyone with observations/thoughts on my issue out there.? :(
