Casino Complaint AC ("Always Cool") Casino is a fraud

Oh...well since you quoted God...I guess I believe you.

Ask them what the connection is...were they your details? Email address? IP address?

I guess there is a possibility they are making it all up, but I think there is a greater chance that you DO have multiple accounts....particularly since you so "I don't so such things" etc etc....I've heard it all before.

Either way...you are screwed.

I see what u r saying."..I don't do such things.". Probably that is a common quotes. Sorry i am an emotional freak..i only have xenazorro as my account name..zorro is my dog that died recently..I am trying to reach the security team at that casino to get more details...I DON'T have multiple accounts sir...either way I am screwed...u r right..I just don't want to be blamed for something I didn't do.. I would rather lose money that carry a false accusation...

It always puzzles me why people don't check the rogue list, it's there, a useful tool that is free and yet people still think their deposit will somehow be the one that makes them pay out.

You don't even have to do much homework without the rogue list, if you click 'affiliates' at the bottom of their website you will see a big sign on the right reading 'Pamper Casino', or click 'about us' which tells you 'Always Cool Casino is a wholly owned subsidiary of :Operia Corp Limited'. Upon googling Operia Corp Limited I can see Pamper casino pop up alongside this casino several times - which should set alarm bells ringing. It took all of 5 minutes (if that) to find this out. Tiny bit of common sense goes a long way.

You really think Nifty thinks that. He believes you because this is a rogue casino and they cannot be trusted.

@ xenazorro : I __strongly__ suggest you read the PAB FAQ (link is in my signature) where it is explained that if you continue to post after submitting a PAB there is a very good chance your PAB will be discarded.

Please indicate here, via PM or email that you understand and will respect the guidelines given in the FAQ.

@ xenazorro : Ok, message received. Thank you. I will now proceed with your PAB.

Much later: FTR the casino did find that this player had been falsely accused of multiple accounts. Apparently it was different people logging in from a hotel. In any case they re-opened the player's account and invited them to complete the WR.

AC Casino has Impossible Wagering Requirements!!

Have made many deposits at this casino and was finally able to request a withdrawal on 2/21/2013. Today I received an Email from AC Casino Accounting stating they were denying my withdrawal for duplicate accounts. They listed by account and 2 other account which I have never heard of with names I never have used at any casino. They state that those other account have the same address and IP. I know this is not correct as I live in a town that has fewer than 500 people and I have a unique address. The only possible was for any of this to be correct statement, (multiple accounts) is for the casino to have manufactured what they say is evidence.
This has never happened to me before at any online casino I have used including many that are rogue status but still paid my withdrawals. I feel money has been stolen from me by this fraudulent casino and would warn everyone to stay away from AC Casino unless you liked being bilked.

I've played quite a bit at AC Casino. They keep giving me free NDB codes, so I keep playing. I have Never deposited anything there. From what I've observed, they seem to have wagering/passthrough requirements that are so high, they must Know that no one can attain them! Their slot machines simply Eat your money. My advice: Play with them using a NDB but Never Ever deposit!

Regardless of how high the WR is, people can still meet the WR.

However this shady and rogue outfit (AC, Nappy casino, and 1 other thats part of their group) often do not pay people that have won from the free chips.

Even so, some of the cashout rules suck. People should look at the free chips as 100% play money, but then again why even bother?

Their games are utter tripe. You're better off playing MG or WMS slots in freeplay mode

I get a slew of freebies from these casinos that any seasoned player with a lick of common sense would just hit the trash tab and delete them. It sets up a flag to them that you will likely come back or interested if one takes them up on their free or insane offers. What do they have to lose , Nothing ! What will you get , Nothing !
