Hi to all,I have just found out how to post a thread, so heres my introduction. I am a keen slots player, but roulette is always my downfall and I try and steer clear. I hope to gain knowledge from the members here, and the team as well, on what the best sites are, the do's and donts to make sure I dont make the mistakes I have made in the past - reversing withdrawals and chasing more winnings when I know I aint going to hit a thing as I have had all my luck. So looking forward to taking part in new threads, and getting useful advice.

Now my firt request - has anyone played at 21Nova, and if so how did they get on with their cashouts etc?

Thanks for this, and i probably should have checked this out before I joined 21Nova and payed there. I made two deposits, totalling £120, and have withdrawal requests for £1530,so hopefully there wont be any issues - I only joined 21Nova because its part of the William Hill Group and I thought they would be reputable enough.

Will Hills DID used to be one of the best (and one of my personal favourites to play in the Cryptologic software days) - but then in 2008 they "sold out" the running of their online operation (which used to be in the UK) to a dodgy overseas team with a pretty shady past (C-Pays) and switched to Playtech as their main software brand :(

If you particularly like Playtech games, chose a casino with that software from CasinoMeister's Accredited list for a hassle-free experience.
Pretty much all other Playtech based casinos are "a little dodgy" at best. Most will pay you eventually, but it might take a long time and many ask you to get notorised documents for ID verification, which is a total joke. And you don't want to win a Progressive Jackpot at one of these!

Re your opening post: You're spot on about never chasing losses or seeking a bigger win - the key to making the occasional decent profit online is definitely knowing when to cut & run.

    Welcome to the forum!

    21Nova refusing to pay

21Nova say they cant accept my passport, utility bill and driving license as proof of ID so they are refusing topay £1500.00 withdrawal.Looks like they deserve to be in the rogue area

That's not the reason for them being there.
What did they tell you was wrong with your documents? Normally they do accept at least one or two of them, but you're saying they didn't accept any of yours?

Have they asked for anything more?

Well if you are who you say you are and the documents are valid, then do your best to work with them.
Let us know how it goes.

Will update all when I get more info. I have sent several emails tonight, mostly forwarded emails from sites that have verified my identity with the passport, driving license and Sky Bill, so hopefully they will take heed as I have never had this problem with any other site. I also sent a copy of an email I sent to William Hill last year of my passport that they accepted as verification of identity, so hopefully one of my dozen emails will be accepted. I have to say that I found the gameplay excellent on the site,it just concerns me that they seem reluctant to verify my details.

As a sportsbook WH is very reputable but its casino operations are second-rate at best. They dont even want to communicate with customers.

That's good news. Let's hope you'll be getting your money soon then.

Next new casino you join I assume will be an accredited, so you'll know you're in good hands if anything happens :)
