A kind word for rizk casino and staff

Had my identity stolen today, has had effects on my virgin account, my mobile phone contract and the main bank I use, I've lost a bit.
Fancied a play then realised I can't use my main method of deposit as cards are blocked and I havnt a ewallet.
Added a dormant card with little in it at rizk. Was accepted straight away after the usual checks and passwords from the bank and was allowed to deposit and play, I done so as I have a free £30 on level up, anyways I make 89% almost level up and redeposit, then speak to a agent who tells me shoud I not make the next level up they will just add it as a gesture of goodwill. It was 'simo'
Bearing in mind my deposits where tiny I just found it a nice gesture after the shit day I've had. So thanks rizk and your staff that meant something to me at a crappy time.
Also a 'Alex' I spoke to about my account was top drawer.
Hope the captain see's this and passes on positive feedback to the staff at rizk.
So thank you rizk.

Just nice to be able to have a conversation with live support rather than cut and paste shit. I've not dealt a lot with rizk, but tonight painted them in a whole new picture. I got nothing free, but the chat spoke to me like a person, that makes a huge difference.
The management there must be top notch to have CS like that, it was honestly better than betat, and that's saying a lot.
In the future even though I hate fee's can see me turning to rizk because they treat a customer/player decently.
Right I'm off now to attempt a full explorer screen on ra!...

Working in CS can be a thankless task sometimes so please dont underestimate how far a few words of support can go.

That's no problem at all. in a climate where the majority of threads are about complaints and poor experience's I had nice experience at rizk and you deserved to hear the praise I had for your staff and casino on a whole.
Nice to know there are still some good guys out there.
