I am playing at both River Nile and Nostalgia casinos. River Nile's credit system has been down for two days thus far (I just checked my account to be sure my bonuses hadn't been posted). I am a new player to them and cannot get my bonus. They keep telling me they have to get the okay from their techs before they can start posting bonuses and Neteller deposit bonuses.
Nostalgia I have been trying to get a withdrawal out of them since the 5th of November. My account says it is a work in progress. They have had me reverse my withdrawal 3 times for various reasons. I just don't understand what is going on.
The reason I am posting here is in hopes someone has a contact for their representative. I didn't see them in the list of Casino Contacts.
If this should be in the complaints area please accept my apology. I am not really complaining just trying to find a way to resolve these issues. It seems I have to work too hard to get what is due with some casinos. Others simply do it so smoothly with very little, if any hassle.
