A couple of things (River Nile & Nostalgia)

I am playing at both River Nile and Nostalgia casinos. River Nile's credit system has been down for two days thus far (I just checked my account to be sure my bonuses hadn't been posted). I am a new player to them and cannot get my bonus. They keep telling me they have to get the okay from their techs before they can start posting bonuses and Neteller deposit bonuses.

Nostalgia I have been trying to get a withdrawal out of them since the 5th of November. My account says it is a work in progress. They have had me reverse my withdrawal 3 times for various reasons. I just don't understand what is going on.

The reason I am posting here is in hopes someone has a contact for their representative. I didn't see them in the list of Casino Contacts.

If this should be in the complaints area please accept my apology. I am not really complaining just trying to find a way to resolve these issues. It seems I have to work too hard to get what is due with some casinos. Others simply do it so smoothly with very little, if any hassle.

Well I guess mentioning bringing eCOGRA in to mediate gets results. I received this email right afer I told them I was fed up and would be going to eCOGRA to settle this.

There are more twist and turns than the Dodge-em ride at the amusement park.

I finally got my bonus from River Nile. Played it and lost it all.

As far as Nostalgia Casino is concerned after I received the email saying they had my documents and they would be paying soon guess what I got today! Another request for documents. I believe that makes four. Well I simply emailed back telling them I am now going to eCOGRA. I was on the eCOGRA site when I received an email saying they would be paying in 12 hours. I copied everything I had written in my report and am giving them the benefit of the doubt. If I don't have my withdrawal once 12 hours has passed I will submit my mediation request.

This is becoming quite a pain. LOL....

This crap with Nostalgia Beggars Belief, if you wanted this sort of hassle surely you would play at BelleRock:D

Nostalgia, run by Casino Action, are normally very good, however, one persistent problem seems to be communications passed from CS to Management. This is where things seem to go wrong. There are actually two ways to E-mail Nostalgia, one from within the software, and one using the support address.
While asking for documentation has become standard, there is no excuse for the left hand not knowing what the right is doing, with one part of the organisation thanking the player for the documents, with the other side asking yet again for documents (invariably the department with responsibility for the "switch" to send you the money).
There IS a rep here, listed under "Casino Action" I believe.

It is also cases such as this that are not helped by not having general telephone help. Live chat is the nearest, but it is hard to get anything done quickly by E-mail that requires a dialogue, rather than simple requests.

Im glad it was resolved. Ive been playing Rivernile and even got to cash out but Im just not stimulated by their games for some reason.

Im happy that you got an extra $20 for wait!

River Nile Casino wasn't impressive for me either. It is weird to me one casino with the same software can have a totally different feel to it from another. Like Vegas Splendido. It just feels good. :lolup:

Make them wait till next month, you can then download the version with the new games due early December. This will save you some bandwidth, but will make them realise that they might have lost a customer through poor service.
You could try E-mailing their support first with a test query, and see how good their service is. The norm for Casino Action is to offer a reply within 30 mins for a simple query, they meet this most of the time.
