hi all i just had a game session at a casino im not willing to name just yet as i am waiting for a decent response. i am just wondering how long i should give them to respond before i post the chats ect up here. the basic of it is i played one game immortal romance on a deposit of 20 and 100% bonus of 20 at 30 times wagering therefore 600 wagering i did 300 spins at 30 cents thats $90 and 1400 plus on 60 cents thats $840 i think give or take a few spins of course. yet i had not beat the wagering that live chat first said the amount was 500 not 600 i had to playthru 600 that i would of well beaten i ran out of cash got to like 15 cents looked at the stats did a quick add up and was hmm ive been cheated my balance when wagering should of been completed i had around 100 dollars and was going to cash out on completion of bonus its only 20 lost and a lesson learned always check your wagering even if you lose

Did you contact the rep? If so, then 48 hours is a reasonable timeframe.

In my experience, posting mile long chat sessions rarely solves anything, and can sometimes make matters more complicated.

Are you sure it wasn't 30x D+B not just B? Also, read the terms and see if your country has a HIGHER WR than others, as is sometimes the case.

thanks ill try and contact the rep the live chat i have just shows one thing and my playcheck shows something completely different and it was only 30x bonus the live chat screenshot shows the playthru amount was 500 total thats 25 times not 30 the promo team said it was 30 so thats what i went by .
