Has anyone else been having problems using the 900 pay known as ewalletxpress? The company is navaho networks and you can dial the 900 hundred number to make 150.00 purchase deposits to some casinos. and / or use your checking account to. They have really become terrible. First when I was using the 900 number they had nothing but technical problems and you could not make a deposit Via Phone and it would take weeks for them to fix. They are so unreliable and unprofessional. Then I started using my checking account electronically to make deposits then all of a sudden I had checks being electronically made up to places I never authorized and they were not to casinos either. Thank God my Bank fixed it. I know someone from this company did this because I made up a new checking account just to use for this company. I certainly did not want to use my regular checking account just in case anything goes wrong and I am glad I did. Also, they have terrible customer service!! I do not even know why it is open 24 hours because they NEVER even answer a question. The only answer you get is " The situation or your question has been forwarded to our Senior Department and you should get an e-mail from them" You never get an e-mail from them you get an automated reply!!
Beware of using This company. I am surprised they are still in business!!

Are you sure those two are the same company?
I was looking at payment options for Rival casinos yesterday and they list them as 2 separate depositing methods. They also say eWalletExpress can be used for withdrawals (whereas 900Pay obviously can not).

Also I tried to look for info on a 900Pay website (Navaho-something.com?) and I just kept getting a "website unavailable" message.
Anyone know a working website for 900Pay?

Cheers.

???

900pay and ewalletexpress are one in the same, pretty much. If I remember correctly, you can increase the amount you can bill to 900pay if you have your checking account tied into ewalletexpress.

Up to $4500 per week max. once you meet the the criteria for that amount of instant funding of deposits thru EWX less 8.8% in total fees charged by EWX.

Then if needed, to have funds transfered to your BA, which are limited to $5000/week ....fees are 10% up to $150.00, whichever is less.

They get the fees exiting, no way around it and arriving unless you fund w/o instant taking 5 to 7 biz days but only a $10 fee.

The 900 service is a charge to your landline phone bill service with a max. of $150 a month (I think the month cycle starts on the 1st but not sure) less a $22.50 fee to EWX.

Since I sometimes deposit in the 5 figures per month, all casinos pretty much have reimbursed me except my friends at ________ and ex friend at 3 ________,oops!!!!!

Reimbursement of fees use to occur via some means almost without exception but seems to be not even worth mentioning as more time passes since UIGEA. Some, no most of the onlines do not have a clue (relative to my comparsions of BandM's). I love their arrogance and hubris!!

months ago i finally opened an exclusive bank account so i could finally get an ewallet account. lol. long story longer they made chargebacks to a casino because they said the funds did not exist in my bank account. complete rubbish. even if i did not have the funds i have substantial overdraft protection. e walletxpress continued to try and take funds from my account without authorization claiming i had a negative ewallet balance. my bank refused on my behalf. i closed the bank account because, even though i called my bank and told them to refuse submissions from navaho, attempts continued under different names. i closed the account, there was never a negative balance but that is what ewallet claimed. now they(ewalletx) want a few hundred bucks and will literally die waiting for any money. i always hesitated for this reason and will never link a regular account to any of these outfits. if a casino does not accept a netspend card then a.c. and vegas will get all my money.:)

I use eWalletXpress and have never had any problem with them for deposits - I fund the account using the bill pay option from my bank, I've never been charged extra or had any trouble. Once there was a glitch but it was just a minor inconvenience - instead of my money being available instantly it took until the next business day and it was a long weekend so I had to wait. I've never used them for withdrawals so I don't know how they are in that regard.

NOT SURE I TOTALLY BELIEVE POSTERS STORY...SORRY

Try to find another merchant that takes ewalletxpress. What was the name of the Merchant they incorrectly charged you for? This group very seldom and in my case never makes mistakes. Used them for two years.

If you dispute a charge naturally your bank will credit your account for the amount because ewalletxpress/navaho networks won't dispute thechargeback as the transaction facilitating gambling.

They are too expensive however, I have stopped using them due to that.

well i'll let my rep here speak for itself....this company tried numerous times to bilk money from my account after i notified my bank to not accept ach withdrawls from navaho networks. since the account was brand new and ewalletxpress was the only ewallet tied to the account i can only assume it was them. one of the ach attempts was listed as a payday loan company. lol. sure as hell never used a payday loan company. those of you who know me here know i have always been against giving any kind of bank info out for online gambling. i have numerous posts here on that subject. i figured, for convenience sake, i would open up an exclusive account in case something like this happened. glad i didnt do it with a regular bank account. lesson not learned as i knew better but it certainly re-enforces my previous arguments. always make sure you have an exclusive account for these places. we are talking about online gambling here. these places are doing things they are not supposed to be doing even though it is to our benefit. none of them, repeat, none of them can be considered reputable. there is no such thing as an honest thief.:)
