888 withdraw problem

I won a tournament and when I went to withdraw I can only withdraw $6. The balance is $100.50 only small I now but its huge for me. The deposit was a debit card, never happened before. is this site OK?

It's possible there was some wagering attached to the tournament win and you have not met that in order to cash out entire amount. Did you contact CS?

Also I have read quite a lot of complaints about this casino. I couldn't tell you if they are good or bad but I certainly wouldn't deposit any of my money there.

Did you accept a bonus on your deposit and then play a tournament? Or was this a straight deposit (no bonus), you entered a tournament and won. And now you discover by winning the tournament you've been thrown into a wagering requirement?

Without knowing the full picture, it's hard to determine what going on here :)

I've played there before, verified my docs and w/d's are quick (once the 72 hrs. pending expires but that does include weekends.) You clearly have a playthrough to complete, read their terms. they are quite clear.

T&C's are T&C's not entering into a debate about that. I don't play poker, so I'm naive in that regard but to me, depositing my own cash, not accepting a bonus, winning a tournament and then having those winnings, subjected to wagering requirements... Man that's got to be the worst deal I've heard!

Actually you got a point there - I re-read the post and 888.com have both a poker site and slots site, both of which have tournaments. If the tourney is free, then the OP may be subject to a small playthrough. I don't know if he's poker or slots as of yet.

No bonus just a normal omaha tourney.

As I said, seems like a bizarre deal when, you make a cash deposit, don't take a bonus, win a tourney and are then subjected to wagering on your winnings

The only time I could see this becoming an issue would be, if a previous bonus was not cleared or if 888 has some kind of funky bonus terms relating to bonus wagering carry-over. Or, there was a small amount of money still in account which was subject to wagering. And when the cash deposit (no bonus) was added, the unwagered wagering (trying saying that fast), was still in play.

Ah yes I missed his follow-up post. Omaha tourney, but free or not?

To finalise, I withdraw $6 fifteen times on the same day, very odd you can withdraw like that. It seems to me they were hoping I would play my winnings. Anyway received my cash and played off the balance and closed the account.

could have been one of these cases when:
you took $20 freeplay on Millionare Genie slot and had any money left from it
took free tickets to $5000 snap's and some free dollars which had 3.5 points rake per $1 or you
took from live chat some free dollars and had cents left
or they did a mistake
they are too big to look at $100(look at their high stakes cash game and rake made per hand).
they had the best poker promotions in last 2 years, and we all poker players agree on that,
always and frequently offering for those that made one deposit - 2 tickets at $10000 tourneys, league of freerolls in $2000-$30000 range or now snap
$5000s, their speed poker. tasks for new tickets are very easy to complete. tourneys from
promotions are fairly capped at 8500 players even if there is more demand but they prefer to
run many of them, also no late reg on these. webcam tourneys with small buyins and a lot of
fun, and their all-in heads up which are great because if i need few more dollars in order to hurry
register at a tourney, those give me the chance without opening casino and betting roulette on red/black.

i agree that their support is not the best, live chat being robotic but on emails they are good, though sometime taking too long to respond.
also they have problems with withdrawals to ewallets, taking even 3 days to see the money in skrill, compared with pokerstars and 1 minute payment.
